The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar nature of works, specifically laying of sewer network, during the last 7 years. The required work experience can be either of the following: - Three completed works of similar nature costing not less than Rs 106.80 Lakhs - Two completed works of similar nature costing not less than Rs 133.50 Lakhs - One completed work of similar nature costing not less than Rs 213.60 Lakhs The value of previously completed works will be enhanced at 5% per year. The bidder is also required to have an average annual turnover of not less than Rs 80.10 Lakhs during the last 3 financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed a requisite value of works with Central/State Government/Central/State PSUS/ AWHO/ AFNHB/ CGEWHO/ DGMP. The bidder should provide details of three highest valued similar nature of works executed during the last five years, including name of work, accepting officer's details, date of acceptance of tender, and actual date of completion. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should have satisfactorily completed a requisite value of works. The value of the works completed should be mentioned in the table, and attested copies of acceptance letters and completion certificates should be enclosed for each work. For un-enlisted contractors, the enlistment criteria of 'B' class MES contractors should be met, which includes satisfactory completion of requisite value of works.
