Taking out carefully LT cable of size 35 sqmm to 16 Sqmm 4 core from trench complete all as specified and directed

(k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 2018 marked, filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap betweeen testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 power-12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor 9tan deta at 90 degree celsius) m0.005 Neutralisation value of mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree celsius 0 0.04, flash point degree celsius and sluge 0.1% by weight.

Taking out old rusted unserviceable LT panel Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement indoor type stainless steel (SS 316) cubical enclosure compartmentalized exterior and interior mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc.The outer enclosure shall be made of 3.15 mm thick SS 316 sheet and inner compartment should be 2 mm. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side . Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. IP-55 class protection and mounted on channel 75 mm welded with panel of SS 316 with 04 Nos foundation bolt of size not less than 20mm dia and 300mm long. The enclosure shall have provision of cable alley . Cable entry from bottom side including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm).

(b) Outgoing :- (i) MCCB 4 pole 415 V breaking cap 25 KA , current rating 160 Amps. - 03 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 pole 415 V breaking cap 16 KA , current rating 100 Amps. - 03 Nos (iii) All incoming & outgoing feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size of gland plate/glands. (iv) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint (v) multifunctioning meter with communication ports RS 485/232 5 display class-1 - 01 set (vi) Indicating Lamps R Y B , LED type01 set

M & L Dry Sand Cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 08 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified and directed

M&L of Earthing complete with GI strip of size 32x6 mm thick earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly into ground vertically not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below the ground level, including GI protection pipe 40 mm bore light grade connected from electrode up to test point including necessary earth work, PCC/RCC chamber cover 50mm thick in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm TMT bars 15 cm c/c both ways, funnel arrangement etc as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I Note : Rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, RCC cover slab and PCC chamber etc.GI strip upto 7.5 mtr lenght will be included in quoted rate.

Supply and Lay LT 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked as per IS 7098-1 laid in trenches ducts or fixing or passing through GI pipe across the road/path/drains/ along wall/floor/equipment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to faciliate fixing of 32x6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body.

(ii) Digital type Volt meter 0-500 volt - 01 Set (iii) Digital type Amp meter with CT's - 01 No (iv) indicating Lamps : 01 set

(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer, with cable gland suitable for reception/ taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cable including jointing materails complete.

All as per item No 10 here in before but of size 3.5 Core 120 Sqmm

(f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 deghree celsius with guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.

Removing excavated material (Soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting of road /Hard standing to a size of 30 cm in width and not exceeding 90cm in depth for laying of protection pipe /cable including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers and providing PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, for the top 100mm layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully LT cable of size 185 sqmm to 70 Sqmm 3.5 core from trench complete all as specified and directed

(e) Exposive Vent, Thermometer pocketc on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve, at bottom of the tank lifting ligs, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.

Taking out 100 KVA Transformer after disconnecting HT/LT cables alongwith LT panel and deposit it in MES storeyard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation laying of pipe etc aqnd not exceeding 10 sqm on plan for manhole etc and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (a) Excavation earth work sand cushioning brick protection, pipe shall be measured and paid saperately.

(l) Proving adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer.

(n) Oil temperature indicator.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
