For delay beyond 48 hours, the penalty @ Rs 1000.00 per day per OFC route shall be imposed on the contractor and the same shall be recovered from next RAR due to the contractor.

Supply, installation, configuration and testing in replacement of Numerical Feeder Relay for HT 11 KV VCB Panel comprising of new and modern numerical scheme for detecting, indicating and tripping the breaker on various faults like directional over-current or earth-fault in any of the three phases, negative sequence currents, circuit-breaker-failure alarm, tripping-circuit-failures complete including associated DI/DO wiring and integration with existing HT VCB panel, taking out old unsv relay complete all as directed. The relay shall also have the following features as minimum; (i) Programmable rated current 1A & 5A, (ii) Last 10 fault record & 100 event record with time stamping, (iii) 6 DI & 4 DO, (iv) Communicable on IEC61850 protocol, (v), Disturbance recording, (vi) CT Supervision, (vii) Self supervision function etc. The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses incl.
