M & L for brick work with sub-class B brick straight or curved on plan built in cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for chipping of spalled/loose concrete of RCC columns, beams, slabs etc and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washing with water and allowed to dry including de-rusting of corroded reinforcement by using antirust chemical of Fosroc or Sika or equivalent as approved by GE and then applying Zinc rich epoxy primer over exposed old reinforcement of Fosroc or Sika or equivalent as approved by GE and then applying 40mm thick (avg thickness) guniting (mix using 1 part of Cement OPC 53 grade and 2 part of the Ghaggar / Badarpur sand mixed with water proofing compound) at the rate as directed with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg/ Cm2 by guniting machine over and including the steel welded mesh 75mm x 75mm x 3mm and surface finished even & fair including necessary steel scaffolding & formwork as required in 11 storied building complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate of steel welded mesh & water proofing compound shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 : 6 on brick work or on concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper over and including a coat of primer over and including 3mm thick putty including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over & including a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty on new plastered surfaces etc on external surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS plates 8 to 10 mm thick (plain or chequered), channel, square, cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel work as in grills / grating, gates etc end of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders frame balusters, walk ways railing, framework of water tank and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar exc. half brick thick but not exc. one brick thick for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth , not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide or Zinc Chromate primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 40 to 50mm bore steel tubing and connections, including removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 50mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors including suitable CPVC clamp & connecting with inlet & outlet pipe with required size of brass threaded fitting/reducer/ connector complete all as specified. complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying 40mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors including suitable CPVC clamp & connecting with inlet & outlet pipe with required size of brass threaded fitting/reducer/ connector etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying 25mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors including suitable CPVC clamp & connecting with inlet & outlet pipe with required size of brass threaded fitting/ reducer/ connector complete all as specified. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 25mm outer bore CPVC gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, rain water or PVC sewage pipe (any size or pattern) including all fittings including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site (Measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, jointing with solvent cement or adhesive fixed to walls with PVC clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, jointing with solvent cement or adhesive fixed to walls with PVC clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y) equal or unequal with oval access door including fixing to pipe with solvent cement or adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece, double (double Y) equal or unequal with oval access door including fixing to pipe with solvent cement or adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cleaning and removal of mud / silt, plastic waste, poly packs and foreign material accumulated in the storm water drain/culvert upto 1.50 metre depth around the peripfery of Cab Sectt Building permises and inside the main building by manual or mechanical means & disposal of the waste material outside the building premises in the MCD low lying area by private vehicle as and when directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work etc complete all as specified.

S&F as in repair powder coated aluminium window using 63mm X 38mm X 1.6mm chowkhats with 45mm X 45mm X 1.6mm openable section as in shutter including 4.00mm thick glass panes of approved make with aluminium beading & rubber packing for fixing glass and including builder hardware such as aluminium handles 100mm - 02 Nos, tower bolts 100mm 02 Nos, hooks and eye - 02 Nos, 150mm, butt hinges 100mm 04 Nos etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of glass- Modi float/Atul) Note: The window to be fixed to wall after making good the cill & jambs (necessary plastering to wall & ceiling & PCC/Plastering at cill) & finishing the surface to match the existing & rubber packing around the outer frame of window. Existing window will be taking down alongwith builder hardware fitting & MS grill and the rate deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

S&F as in repair powder coated aluminium fixed window/ partition of approved design using 63 mm x 38mm x 1.6mm frame work with 4.0 mm fixed thick glass including aluminium beading & rubber packing for fixing glass, area of each panel not exc 1.20 sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The window to be fixed to wall after making good the cill & jambs (necessary plastering to wall & ceiling & PCC/Plastering at cill) & finishing the surface to match the existing & rubber packing around the outer frame of window. Existing window will be taking down alongwith builder hardware fitting & MS grill and the rate deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

M&L machine cut granite stone slab 20mm thick dressed true and square, in one length not less than opening size in Door / window in jambs & cill & length will be as per the length of cill & jamb of Door/windows), etc., punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered as directed, set, jointed and pointed in mortar & over & including cement screed base 20mm thick in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab including rubbing and mirror polishing and moulding complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down of chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each including builder hardware fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from frame) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each including builder hardware fitting & MS grill for window and making good damaged surface all around opening using cement plaster in CM 1:4 & finished the surface to match with adjucent wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12mm thick toughened glass door exc 1.5 Sqm each, edges with diamond cut including fitting such as floor door springs, SS pivot, best stainless steel 450mm long handle, etc with solar film, acid etching & logo (as approved), PVC sealing as in doors with & including lock complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium deco grill with and including suitable aluminium anodised 15 micron DG 102x 7.50mmx6mm and weight should not be less then 3.131 Kg / sqm and powder coated F/H section as required with aluminium rebated /screwed attachment complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Aluminium grill shall be of 'Deco Grill' of M/s ELESAR FOCCHI Ltd as per design No DG 102, 7.5MM x 6 mm thick of approved design in M/s Royal Grill, National Grill, Alum grille of M/s Alumi profiles Pvt Ltd .

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness) from steel/metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5.5mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or rubber beading in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed
