Complete removal of existing treatment of wall using wire brush/mechanical/ electrical driven sanders, washing, rubbing down and stoping of painted surface including preparation of surface etc and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note- Item is to be executed in multi-storeyed (G+3) buildings using necessary scaffolding. The cost of scoffolding , safety belt and cradle platform to be included in the unit rate. No extra payment will be made on this account.

M&L preparation of old painted of wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted to steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including easening of steel window by providing lubricant oil to hinges/pivot complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously treated surface painted of wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint including one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including 1mm thick wall care putty including one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid jointless ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sq m but not exceeding 0.38 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6,including dismantling of floor or hearth tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing removing serviceable to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M S square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification & drawing. it shall be wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet complete all as specified and directed

S&F Factory Made Solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick(style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beadingand jointed together with solvent cement fixing in the frame at site as per specifications and drawing.it shall be laminated with wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & 5mm thick x15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (900 ) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading.complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down wooden/steel chowkhats/door frame including shutter (without taking off shutter) not exc.1.5 Sqm each complete all as spd & directed.

S&F for Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded including fixing of hold fast with bed block of size 200x200x15mm in CM 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded agg complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L 75 mm thick in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and smooth at top using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection, including demolition of cement concrete n.exc 15CM thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm thick Factory made Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.
