M&L for applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint by using vaccum based sanding machine (wall sanding machine with internal dust extraction system) and with airless spray technelogy with max working presssure of 3300PSI and capable to operating single spray gun with max material whole length of 30mts. The spray machine should be reported manufacturer with pro gaurd technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint uses and certified by paint manufacturere ans accessories for applying exterior emulsion paint should be able to spray in hard to reach areas penitration of exterior emulsion paint on the surface by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :(a) All work shall be done mechanically through authorised applicator only. (b) Authorised applicator of paint manufactures shall have valid authorisation letter from the manufacturer (minimun regional HQs) issued not earlier than 30 days days from start date of the said finishing work. (c) The contractor shall provide application,testing and certification of finishes by paint manufacturing firms/their authorised applicators. (d) Cost of above mentioned shall also included in quoted rates.. M&L preparation of old treated wooden surface and polishing melamine polish on the veneer and Burma teak wood including wood filler with two or more coats of polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of debris out side of MoD Land complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L 15mm thick Ready mix plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall finished smooth and even complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 5mm thick Ready mix plaster on concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion extra premium 100% acrylic emulsion as approved over a coat of primer by using smart periodical methodology (spray machine) complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required, in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern and water to expose the stone chippings including forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove by using smart periodical methodology (spray machine) complete all as specified and as directed. Supplying and applying Single component Acetate polymer based flexible liquid UV resistance waterproof coating(for roof) @ 1.1 Kg/Sqm in two coats by brush , roller or airles spray for maintaining thickness of 1 mm having Elongation 200%-250% & Tensile strength 2.9Mpa, Bond strength to primed concrete 4.5 MPa and Crack briding up to 2.6 mm . The system includes one coat of cross linked reactive primer @250 gm/sqm on dry prepared surface complete as per manufacturers specification. Allow the treatment to cure atleast 48 hr @30°C before laying Sun Reflective Index ( SRI Coating) for Roof Wateproofing. M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforced by sand blasting scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allow to dry and applying a layer of Zn rich epoxy primer as an antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bounding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited all as specified and applying two layers of guniting over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and apprature 75mm,total thickness of guniting n.exc 40mm(avg thickness) in cement mortar 1.2 using OPC 53 Graded cement mixed with polycreate mixture@2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture instrs and finally applying cement plaster over guniting surface of reqd thickness to give even uniform and smooth finishes confirming to proper geometrics in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces as in sides ,soffits of the slabs,chajja,fins,fascia,parapet,lintels,column,and beam etc complete incl necessary scaffolding,shuttering,chasing to bk work or RCC memebers at G+4 storey building incl removal of all small trees/shrubs etc.complete as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.
