M&L for PU Coated machine pressed precast concrete inter locking pavers block of any shape, colour and pattern (as aprroved by engr in charge) conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over 40mm thick sand cushioning (Sand shall be measured supply only) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sand for laying of pavers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces, of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing at site factory made kerb stone of required shape and size of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including excavation for fixing and making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamelled paint in any approved pattern and colour including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of Kerb stone/ concrete/ plaster surfaces exceeding 10cm width or grith not other wise provided complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 1.5 m deep and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading, levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and well ramming incl watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement including liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately Note: Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building.

M&L for applying 1.50 mm (average thickness) wall care putty on walls to bring the surface even smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, raking out joints locking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 marble powder : 2 marble chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the marble chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engg in charge. Note: Payment for providing grooves shall be made seperately Note :- Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building and deploy skilled labourers to execute the work

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under laying including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the grooves all round as per approved pattern. The groove shall be finished with two coats of bitumenous paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surfaces of wall by mechanical grinder and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building.

M&L for preparation of old steel and iron surfacesof any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks,etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes (6 kg/ cm2) pressure pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, railing and the like as directed without disturbing the core of RCC member, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with and allowed to dry, including application of rust removal cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement (and removing rust with flex after 24hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper) and also applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufactures method of application to re bar corrosion protection system to reinforcement surface of steel reinforcement with existing reinforcement as directed wherever required binding RCC 100mmx100mm (10 gauge welded mesh) & tack welding after that applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface with 1 part of sika latex or equivalent in Forsoc/BASF/Dr Sunanda with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight, coverage of sika latex shall not be more than 0.25 Kg/Sqm for one coat. Adhesive bond strength not less that 2.5 mpa, After this, providing 40mm (average thickness) guiniting mix @ pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqcm with anti corrosion admixture (using 1 part of ordinary potland cement 43 grade and 2 part of Ghagger sand mixed with adhesive /admixture at the rate as per manufacturer instruction and as directed) including stripping floting with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary, formwork and scaffolding, complete surface of guiniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in cement 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement cleaning and removing of waste material etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Welded mesh & addl reinforcement if required measured and paid separetly. Note: Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building.

M&L for hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length, bent to shape required of mild steel wire mesh / welded mesh and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia binding wire S & F in reinforcement weight not exceeding 4.00 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for uprooting of plants (girth n.exc 15 cm of trunk to any height of plants) grown along the pipes or walls, chajjas, parapets and roof of bldgs and making good the surfaces as per existing surfaces and pouring acid not less than 100 ml for each plant in the root to avoid further growth as directed. Any other grass plants etc below 45 cm height shall be deemed to be removed from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC chhaja (Factory made) exc 0.2 sqm and not exc 0.6 sqm and fasterner 150mm long with complete set as per sample including demolition of old RCC chhaja complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and approval by GE

Demolition cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and upto 4 storey of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregates (Nominal Mix) as in Chajjas complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building.

Form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges with fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required,including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, chajjas hooking ends and binding with with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular tru-sses of required shape including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing at site Factory Made 24 mm thick 100% Solid WPC (Wood polymer Composite ) Plain Jali cut on CNC machine of approved design & Colour, measured size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 57-60 (Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and natural Fibers ( Wood Powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk ) and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded ( Inner ) with density not less than 650 kg/cbm manufactured by an ISO 9001 - 2015 Certified Company, having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of 2000 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ), Minimum Compressive Strength of 50 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free.Water/ Moisture Proof, Fire Retardant and fixing with MS Hollow pipes frame & MS Square bar incl stainless Steel Screws / Fastners or required length all as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge, Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company complete all as specified and directed. S&F Plates chequered (Fe-410 -W(Gde E-250) quality-B) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment fixed incl fasterners of required length including all required assesseries complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work described in these items shall be executed in bldgs up to (G+3 floor) hence the contractor shall make scaffolding arrangements, trestles, ladders etc and hessian clothes for protection & all other safety precautions up to 04 storeys of buildings and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Note :- Removing building materials /old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type etc.on alternate day to a distance of 5km or beyond out side MOD Land and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Note : excavation to be carried out manually if during excavation there are any LT/HT cables, water supply pipe lines and other cable / pipe comes, need to be shifted carefully incl required fittings / accessories and cost of same to be deemed into quoted rates.
