(b) Contractor must upload MOU with approved/reputed manufacturer as mentioned in CA (Godrej,Sleek , etc ) at the time of quoting BOQ. (c) The contractor shall give gurantee for repair/maint for period of 05 years for material and hardware fittings after completion of work from authorised manufacturer.

S&F in repair of glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 450 x 300mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade. 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All disamantled/demolished material removed from MoD land completely. Rate of removal outside from MoD land deemed to be included in same item.

M & L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) etc set and jointing in neat cement slullry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. Material & Labour for concealed point wiring with single core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal area drawn through & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit (circular/flat pvc conduit), medium duty not less than 20 mm dia concealed in wall/fixed with all fittings including tees , junction boxes, modular GI gang box & provision for modular box and modular cover of suitable size for mounting modular switches , sockets & regulators & drawing through continuous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with copper conductor solid conductor of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
