M&L for 115 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring with alternate panel including necessary formwork, Finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, adding with fibre reinforcement all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- Fibre reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperatelly.

(a) Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in concrete shall be 6/12mm long with circum circle diameter of 30-35 microns, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree Celsius & having specific gravity 1.34-1.40. These shall be approved makes. (b) Polyester triangular fibres, where indicated, shall be uniformally mixed at the rate of 0.25% (or at the rate as per manufacturer's instructions) by weight of cement. Mixing shall be deemed to be included in respective main item (like integral water proofing compound)

M&L for forming Construction Joint 60 mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade B, incl a coat of bituminous primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for forming contraction dummy joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade B, incl a coat of bituminous primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints in 100 mm thickness of concrete slab, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for shafts, cesspits, manholes pier holes, foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing out side the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction (incl new brick work) complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid saperately.

Supply and fix basket ball board including basket ball pole with connected items complete set consisting of mainly the following components :- (a) 20 mm thick fibre acrylic sheet/ 'A' grade malesiayn board white including 50 x 50 x 2 mm thick with MS black square pipe frame with international standard board of size 71"x41" including standard marking on board. (b) 450 mm dia basket dunking iron ring with net made out of 18mm dia MS pipe fixed to board as per standard practice. (c) Top holding plate made out of 6 mm thick MS plate including 4 Nos 100 mm long 16 mm dia bolt and nuts. (d) Base plate made out of 12 mm thick MS plate including 4 Nos 20 mm dia, 650 mm long bolts and nuts. (e) Basket ball pole 150 mm dia and 2.5 mm thick round mild steel black pipe of standard height approx 3.20 Mtr verticle above floor level and 1.0 mtr deep below floor level fixed in PCC 1:2:4 and approx 2.2 Mtr projection /extensions to fix the board with adjoint pipe of square 50x50 and 2 mm thick as per standard practice as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. (f) All MS items duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M& L for (i). Surface preparation and Priming Coat:- Concrete surface shall be clean with wire brushes and washing down with water to remove dust, free from all dirt and foreign debris, and shall be dry. All surfaces must be structurally sound, any unsound material(s) removed by chipping or scarifying. Oil and other contaminants should be removed by solvents or acid etching, and all resultant residues thoroughly removed. When acid etching, surface shall be thoroughly rinsed and neutralized with a 1% ammonia solution. One part of Epoxy Concrete Primer to be diluted with two parts water and applied over the entire area with roller/squeegee at a coverage rate not less than 0.12 Kg/m2. The surface shall be fully coated with primer without allowing the material to accumulate in low spots. JOINT : Special fibre treatment for concrete surface expension/ consruction /dummy joints. FIBER MESH : Pasted with adhesive for concrete sealer (ii). Patch Work/ Resurfacer:- 100% Acrylic based emulsion to repair cracks of concrete and asphalt pavement It should be carried out after 30 days from the date of placement of concrete. The entire area should be flooded with water and checked for depressions of 1/16" or greater. Depressions shall be leveled properly using acrylic resufacer by mixing 1 part of Acrylic Resurfacer to 1 part #60 - #100 mesh silica sand. Only small amount of water to be added if necessary, to achieve workability. Once patching is complete, two applications of Acrylic Resurfacer shall be applied to the surface. Water ,silica sand, and Acrylic Resurfacer must then be mixed thoroughly (50 Kg. of Acrylic Resurfacer 40 Kg. Cement 50 Kg. of Silica sand #80 Clean drinking water @ 1.10 kg/Sqm) until the material is consistent. The amount and size of the sand may be varied to achieve different textures and filling properties. Larger sand will have greater filling properties. The mixed product shall be applied to the surface using a soft, rubber squeegee. The finished surface shall have a uniform appearance and be free of ridges and tool marks. 2nd application should be 90°angle to the 1st application. The coverage rate for acrylic resurfacer shall be 0.29 - 0.40 kg/m2 per application of undiluted material. SBR layer 8 mm thick styrene butadiene rubber cushion to be laid with SBR granules of appropriate size mixed with acrylic binder. Cont........

(iii). CUSHION COAT:- Cushion Coat is a resilient, multi-layered application designed to provide the player with added comfort and a more enjoyable playing experience by reducing shock to the lower extremities. Apply 4 coats of Cushion Powder mixed with acrylic binder. Sand shall not be added to cushion coat. The consumption rate for the powder cushion coat is 0.29 kg/m2. cushion coats shall be applied using a soft rubber, or notched squeegee. Each application should be applied perpendicular (90 degrees) to the previous coat. A drying time of at least of 5 hours between each Cushion coat shall be allowed. Each coat must be fully cured before proceeding to the next coat or water may become trapped between the cushion layers and cause peeling and blistering. (iv). COLOR Coat:- Color Coat is a wear resistant, 100% acrylic emulsion consisting of brilliant pigments and quality polymers that are blended into a highly concentrated form and it should not contain any asbestos, lead, or mercury. Two coats of textured base coats (25 Kg. of acrylic color emulsion, 7 - 12 Kg. of Silica sand #80 and clean drinking water 0.615 kg/Sqm) to be applied in perpendicular directions followed by a non-textured top coat pulled parallel to the net. Texture coat coverage is approximately 0.26 kg/m2 per application of undiluted material (v). Game line marking:- game line marking to be done as per standard with floor based line paints. Note:- application shall strictly be carried out by ITF standards approved authorised vender/ manufacturers with all specifications and as approved by the Engineer-incharge. The manufacturer shall give a guarantee for the peformance & durability for 5-years.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 making good of dismantled portion by plastered work and match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel and iron surfacesof any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces, of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in Cement morter or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches , pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters without taking off shutters from frames of size exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4.00 sqm each & removing form site incl making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters without taking off shutters from frames of size not exc 1.5 Sqm each & removing form site incl making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on bricks on concrete surfaces of ceiling finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper coat of coat of wall putty 2 to 3mm thick on plasterd surfaces preparatory to distempering on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Apex) over a coat of primer and 2 to 3mm thich wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 CM in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, plinth course, damp proof course, bed blocks, benching, PCC cills and similar items complete all as specified and directed.

S&f Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 nominal mix, using 20mm crushed stone agg as in slab supported on walls, beams & columns in floors, roofs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 nominal mix, using 20mm crushed stone agg as in foundation, including rafts, footings,foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for coumns, hooking ends and binding with and includng mild steel wire (annealed) not les than 0.9 mm dia or secring with clips. (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars (conforming to Fe 500/Fe 550) 6 to 8mm dia in stirrups cut to lengths bent to shape required including cranking bending and spirally hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire annealed n.less then 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type and colour) work (table rubbed and polished) in jambs, pillars,and like in vertical surface in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 400mmx400mm x7mm thick as in floors, set and jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match with tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic colored tiles 450x300mm x 6 to 7mm thick,as in patches in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, wall etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with tiles in over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand for 50 mm thick filling under interlocking paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with ceramic/glossy finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surfaces of ceiling scrapping by machanical means and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using roller brush, over a coat of primer and over incl one coat of 1.50mm thick Birla putty complete all as specified and directed.

E&M PORTION: Taking down carefully old point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor (Light / Fan/ Socket/ power Point ) complete including fittings such as ceiling rose, pendent holders, regulators and socket point etc and making good the disturbed surface & wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLS type copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 V grade including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLS type copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly in and including PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked and its accessories including provn of new factory made pressed steel modular switch/terminal box of suitable size and new modular front & back plates of approved colour/model of suitable size for housing the modular switches, sockets, fan regulators for one light/ fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one no, one way 6 Amp switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cutting chases for concealed conduit and making good in cement mortar is deemed included in unit rate. (ii) No cutting shall be done in the roof for laying PVC conduit for ceiling point wiring. In this specified portion wire shall run through the existing conduit or surface new conduit shall be provided as required. (iii) In case the wiring is encountered with any beam/column, then the wiring will run on surface to avoid any damage to the RCC portion.
