1. Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, supply installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT panel, suitable for outdoor installation, factory fabricated out of CRCA sheet steel 2mm for non-load bearing members and 3.15mm for load bearing members in cubicle formation, compartmentalized, from 3b construction & IP-65 in acc. with IEC 60529 protection, free standing floor mounted, dust and vermin proof with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channel, `T’ sections and / or flats wherever necessary with extensible type TPN aluminum alloy bus bars of high conductivity,DMC/SMC with supports with short circuit withstand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 sec.Panel shall have a common copper earth bar with 2 nos. earth stud. 3 mm thick cable gland plates shall be provided on top as well as at the bottom of the panels with anti-condensation space heater. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before powder coating as per specifications and final approved shade. 2 Nos. earthling terminals shall be provided for all distribution panels. Panels shall be suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ supply system duly internal wiring with pvc insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable sizeand copper thimble etc.. Lifting hooks shall also be provide din case of large panels. Approval shall be taken for panel in the form of shop drawings before fabrication. Galvanized hardware's with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of panels in and including of taking out old us panel. Panel shall be consisting with following:- "Incomer : 400 Amps, 50KA, 4P EDO type Microprocessor based Air Circuit Breaker with ON/OFF/TRIP indicating lamps with MCB's and over current, short circuit and earth fault releases - 1 No. Bus-Bar : 1000 Amp, 50 KA, 3 Phase and Nutral Aluminum bus bars of high conductivity electrolytic quality aluminum alloy with colored heat shrinkable insulated sleeve.-1 Set. Instruments : Multifunction Meter including CT's of suitable size- 1 set. RYB phase indicating lamps LED type controlled by, MCB-1 Set Outgoing : 125 Amp 4P MCCB,25kA with RYB phase indicating lamps LED type controlled by, MCB - 3 Nos. 63 Amp 4P MPCB 16kA with VF operation wih S/c, U/v & phase protection with star delta operation indicating lamps LED type controlled by, MCB - 8 Nos. 10-25 Amp, 3P, 16kA, MPCB with s/c, u/v & phase protection with star delta starter for 11KW, Primary pumps- 8 Nos. 63 Amp TPN MCB, 'C' curve, 10 KA - 9 Nos. 10 Amp SPN MCB - 2 Nos. "Note: * All MCCB above 200A shall have microprocessor release unit with s/c, o/c & e/f protection. ( ICS as 100% ICU ) * All MCCB up to 200A shall be Thermal agnatic release unit with s/c & o/c protection.( ICS as 100% ICU) * All MCCB/MPCB shall be digital VAF Meter with CT's, LED type ON,OFF & TRIP indicating lamps and operating handle. * All MCB shall be 10kA with 'C' Curve . * All MPCB shall be Type '2' Co-ordination and having s/c, o/c & s/f protection ."

M&L for rewinding of compressor motor of central AC plant of capacity 40 TR of make blue star model JS 43/44 including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding 7.5 HP Motor of cooling tower of central AC plant of 40TR complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling of pump and rewinding of electric motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge of capacity 05 HP by opening up and cleaning of all parts such as impeller, rotor, stator, fan cover, greasing including replacing all unserviceable/damaged part like impeller, bearing, bush,seal,shaft,coupling,machine work etc and reconnecting back and testing complete all as per specified and as directed.

M&L for overhauling of pump and rewinding of electric mortor with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge of capacity 7.5 HP capacity by opening up and cleaning of all parts such as impeller , rotor, stator, fan cover, greasing including replacing all unserviceable/damaged part like impeller, bearing, bush,seal,shaft,coupling,machine,work etc and reconnecting back and testing complete all as per specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No. 8.00 above but 15 to 20 HP.

M&L for descalling and cleaning of 40 TR condenser water cooled by circulating the diluted chemical HCL by forced feed method not less than 6hrs duration by opening of the end covers of the condensers brushing the tubes thoroughly,re-fixing back the end cover of the condensers with 3mm thick rubber gasket and testing complete to maintaining desired discharged pressures for water cooled condenser complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 10 mm dia. Automatic air vent in brass construction complete with nipples, union etc. as required at all high points in the pipe lines. The valve shall be such as to have non-return valve as integral part of the vent complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing & fixing in position the mercury in glass industrial type thermometers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and fixing in position the industrial type pressure gauges with Stainless Steel grade-304 valves complete as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing in replacement of perforated M.S. cable trays of size 50x 450 x 50mm made of 2mm thick sheet including horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members and including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing, commissioning in replacement of 80mm dia MS Pipe with 75mm insulation all around of chilled water piping carried out of preinsulated MS class 'C' pipes as per IS-1239 for pipes upto 80mm NB and the insulation should be complete with Pre-insulated pipes with PUF insulation & HDPE Jacketing thickness 5mm complete all as specified and dircted pls

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing, commissioning in replacement of 50mm dia MS Pipe with 75mm insulation all around of chilled water piping carried out of preinsulated MS class 'C' pipes as per IS-1239 for pipes upto 50mm NB and the insulation should be complete with Pre-insulated pipes with PUF insulation & HDPE Jacketing thickness 5mm complete all as specified and dircted.

Supplying, fixing in replacement of Angle iron of any size support for MS pipe 80mm and cable tray in any shape along with necessary M. S clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends, tees etc duly painted with one coat of primer and two coat of synthethic enamel steel paint black paint as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, commissioning and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core laid on cable tray, walls, ceiling, floor, trenches duct etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling in replacement of compressors oil (Refrigeration lubricant) including testing for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Finding out leakage in the system, leakage repair including brazing cost, Nitrogen Testing and recommissioning of 40 TR water cooled Chiller (Make Blue Star) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) of capacity 22 KW to control the speed of AC motor by varying the frequency supplied by motor complete including properly fixing in panel and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed please.

S&F of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) of capacity 15KW to control the speed of AC motor by varying the frequency supplied by motor complete including properly fixing in panel and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Servicing of the package unit 5.5/8.5 ton capacity of any make, including oiling/greasing the blower motor, cleaning the evaporator condenser coils externally to remove the dust, replacement of defective thimbles etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Any u/s items need to be replaced/gas charging etc shall be replaced & paid seperately under respective items.

M&L for MCB single pole 6-40 Amps C Curve 240 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCB single pole & Neutral 20-40 Amps. C Curve 240 V complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of sub main wiring with two run of single core PVC insulated FRLSH stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sq mm and one run of 4 Sq mm PVC insulated FRLSH copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn in and including non metallic rigid 25 mm dia PVC conduit concealed complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below and above 15 cm of earth plate. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 25 x 4mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. Strip laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to earth test point from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following:- (a) GI strip of size 25mm x 4mm. (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm internal dimension constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC 1 :2:4 type B0 reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @100 mmc/c bothways pit cover 25mm thick with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover. (d) Angle iron frame made of 40x40x4 mm for 30x30 cm PCC pit for holding the pit cover. (e) Apply two coat of syntheticnenamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed steel surfaces and two coat of hot tar on embedded portion of steel surfaces.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4mm galvanised iron strip including necessary earthwork if any returning filling and removeal of spoil all as specified and directed.

Checking, servicing, preventive maintenance, cleaning (Dry and Wet), inspection and testing of window/Split type Air condineer of capacity 1.5/2 Ton of invertor/ nonivector type or any modal and make at site in Multi story buildings as per OEM guideline for safety and performance by means chekcing operation performance parameters, cleaning of blower, condenser fan, cleaning or replacing the air filters, cleaning the condeser and evaporator coils, checkiing the refrigerant level and testing for leakage and topping off refrigerant level, inspecting and tightening electrical connections, lubricating moving parts, checking thermostate calibration, checking the PCB controler cards and capacitor Remote control handset in and including anti corrosive coating blue/gold fin on condenser and evaorator coils complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Ser No 37.00 above but split type/cassette type AC/Inverter type AC 1.5/2.0/3.0 ton

Note: For BoQ item no 37 to 39 (Cost of these shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the contractors: - 1. Two team (2 Techanician and 2 helper and complaint lodged by user should be rectified within 24 Hrs if more then two team required in summer season it will be responsibility of contractor to provide) of AC mechanic of having minimum 3 year experience any authorized service centre of LG/ Voltas/ Daikin/ Carrier/ Hitachi/ Blue Star/ Carrier/ Panasonic. Technician & Helper will be present daily in MES complaint cell Zone 'A' area separately from 0930hrs to 1730hrs Monday to Saturday, if mechanic & helper is absent from duty or not reported on duty the responsibility lies on contractor and a sum of Rs 2000/- per day of absence shall be deducted from the contractor dues on account of absence. 2. Cost of filters, refrigerant of any type anti corrosion nitrial insulation Blue/Gold fin coating, lubricants and any other consumable items required for routine maintenance and servicing as inticated under sr item No. 37 to39 above to keep the AC in perfect serviceable condition and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the contractor. 3. The cost of T&P including scaffolding/ rope suspended mobile platform/ suspended scaffold/ cradle/ hydra/ crane etc and safety equipments of works is deemed to be including in quoted rate under respective items being work at multi storey buildings.
