M & L and Cleaning/desludging of existing septic tank, of any capacity and depth with inlet/outlet chambers including taking out sludge (both organic and inorganic matter) in any form and other foreign matter etc viz sediment, sand, ash, grease, fibre, silt, roots or vegetation etc by means of sewage sucking machine(Sewage truck) and after plugging the incoming sewer line through combined high pressure water jetting/ suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV facility of high pressure vacuum and removing the sludge outside MD land by any means at a place meant for the purpose by local munucipality complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of sewage system SGSW/PVC(SWR)/NP2 pipe including Nahani / floor traps, Soil / waste pipe running on external wall of building and in trenches with fittings, bends, junctions etc, Gully traps, manholes of all description and sewage lines of all sizes upto soak well/MCD drain of sewage system complete in perfect running / flowing order without destruction by removing all blockage in the system including cleaning the floor trap, gully trap,IWC,EWC Wash basin, Urinal pots,bottle trap, in kitchen, lobby, bath room, toilets at any height of floor (Maximum G+7 Floor) including pipe line up to the first manhole including maintaining of drain (Bricks / PCC) in running condition by removing all surplus spoil in entire KWC residntial area (inside and outside area of all KWC area) under GE (I) R&D delhi, complete all as specified. Notes:- (i) Contractor shall deploy minimum 2 safaiwala solely for the maintenance of sewage system against this item alongwith necessary tools and will be required to report AGE B/R office KWC area to collect the complaint slip from concrened JE on normal working hours from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs on all working days but on demand for Sundays, Holidays, additional working hours also, contractor shall provide the same to meet the requirements. These Safaiwala / Mazdoor shall not be deployed for any works other than the scope catered for in this item. For the work considered against other items of this Schedule the contractor shall deploy separate sfafiwala / mazdoor in addition to the safaiwala /mazdoor deployed against this item. (ii) Rate also includes for necesary tools and plants which is required for execution of item i.e cleaning rod, buckets, bamboos sticks, Kashi etc (ii) Sludge slurry / sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land. (iv). Solid waste / sludge / silt deposited in the manholes which can not be removed by rodding, shall be ordered under respective item of this schedule and paid accordingly.

Desilting and cleaning of open drains of any section manually including desilting soild/semi solid materials of any type vegetation growth and removal of sludge upto a distance exc 5.00 KM from the edges of drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing of roofs i.e. removal of vegetables, roots, removal of blockage from mouth of rain water pipes and rubbish off from premises, brooming etc. up to seven stories(G+6) buildings complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of bushes not exc 10cm girth and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exc 50 m and cleaning site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres deep lines and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in hard/dence loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/Malba to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 20 KM depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, pointing, on brick or stone/concrete walls, drain surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick Rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufactures instructions finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick of fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and fair with out using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid Water proofing compound PIDIPROOF LW+ of Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 75 mm thick (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor of make approved by GE (I) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in RCC slabs, beams, etc drains or manhole covers drain, pavapets etc of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made precast heavy duty drain/ manhole covers including MS frame and including reinforcement as per IS 12592 : 2002 with specified of make approved by GE complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Precast RCC work (Nominal Mix) (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, man hole cover ,drain covers ,Shelves etc haunching around monholes hold fast, coping and like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching for manholes and haunching around manholes frame for setting, coping, holdfast fixing etc including use of necessary form work and finishing exposed surfaces even and fair using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to lenghth bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to side and soffit of floor or room beams, lintels, shelves, coping etc fair finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floor set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloure tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles 300x200x7mm thick coloured tiles in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match as in dado over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 X 300 X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 200mm x 200mm x 22 to 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Prepainted Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors using with grey cement and pigment, over 20mm thick cm 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing framed work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 as in door, grill railing, cattle trap/drain covers on open drains using mild steel angle iron, MS flats of sizes as directed with and including provision of MS hings and MS Hold fast fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar or laid dry (interlocing pavers) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite 16 to 18 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cemen mortor (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. Including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding lay in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine made Rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block (coloured),pre polished of any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade, over and including 25mm average thickness sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from water tanks, capacity exceeding 250 litre but not exceeding 500 litre and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. by emptying, drying, cleaning by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank by removing inlet and outlet pipe and refixing inlet and outlet pipe with new tank connection fitting in the same position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from water tanks, capacity exceeding 500 litre but not exceeding 1000 litre and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. by emptying, drying, cleaning by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank by removing inlet and outlet pipe and refixing inlet and outlet pipe with new tank connection fitting in the same position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod &high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 20 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC lid for water tanks of 500/1000 Ltr capacity screwed type with locking arrangments complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc.to a distance of upto 10 km n.exc 20Km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination

S&F Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting for channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc, as specified erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 75mm thick (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; cattle trap, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; wall ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) Jalli/Screen 30mm thick fixed on wall M-25 grade, with content of fiber glass 3-4% fixed in position in cement mortor 1:4 as directed including dismentling of old RCC jalli from walls complete all as specified and directed (Shape, colour and pattern of Jalli shall be approved by GE).

S&F Gloss finish glass mosaic tiles 4mm thick suitable for swimming pools and fountains fixed to walls and floor over and including 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manfacturer's instructions and apply suitable adhesive SP-100 MYK LATICARE or equivalent to stick the tiles to make it completely leak proof including taking out old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F designer tiles 7-8 mm thick on external faces of wall surfaces over and including cement mortar bedding 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
