M & L 15 mm thick rendering on any face of brick wall or on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 on ceiling surface finished finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium window, using 63mm X 38mm X 1.6mm chowkhats with 45mm X 45mm X 1.6mm openable section as in shutter including 4mm thick glass panes with aluminium beading & rubber packing for fixing glass including aluminium powder coated builder hardware fittings such as handles 100mm - 02 Nos, tower bolts 100mm - 02 Nos, hooks and eye 150mm long - 02 Nos, SS butt hinges 75mm- 04 Nos etc including taking down of existing shutters of any description, size and removal complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Aluminium door/ window / ventilators shall be fixed with cadmium plated screw not less then 300 mm C to C & sealing the joints between frames & granite/kota stone with polysulphide sealant as per the manufactures instruction". The quoted rates shall deemed to be included this fact into account and nothing extra shall be to measurable.

S&F as in repair powder coated aluminium partition/fixed window using 63mm X 38mm X 1.6mm frame work with 5.5 mm fixed thick glass including aluminium beading & rubber packing for fixing glass/ Prelaminated particle, board, exterior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice laminations 12mm thick fixed with aluminium beading to aluminium frame work, area of each panel not exc 1.20 sqm including taking down of existing shutters of any description, size and removal complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Aluminium window / partition shall be fixed with cadmium plated screw not less then 300 mm C to C & sealing the joints between frames & granite/kota stone with polysulphide sealant as per the manufactures instruction". The quoted rates shall deemed to be included this fact into account and nothing extra shall be to measurable.

S&F powder coated of any colour aluminium frame, with partially glazed shutters, single/ double leaf divided into two glazed panels including aluminium powder coated snap beading and rubber gasket/lining for fixing of glass as directed including taking down of existing shutters of any description, size and removal complete all as specified and as directed. The frame and shutter will be made out of the following sections:- (a) Aluminium powder coated door frame 63mmx44.45mmx1.60mm fixed with aluminium trust bolt in walls by drilling as directed (b) Aluminium powder coated side rail of shutter section 85mmx44.45mm x1.6mm (c) Aluminium powder coated top rail of shutter section 83.5mmx44.45mm x1.6mm (d) Aluminium powder coated middle rail of shutter section 114.30mmx44.45mm x1.6 mm (e) Aluminium powder coated bottom rail of shutter section 101.60mmx44.45x 1.60 mm (f) Aluminium powder coated tower bolt 200 mm long - 02 Nos in each leaf of Make Classic/Argent as approved. (g) Aluminium powder coated handle 250 mm long of approved Make Classic / Argent 02. No’s in each leaf. (h) Stainless Steel butt hinges 100mm long- 06 Nos. (Per shutter) (h) Glass Panel shall be 4 mm thick tinted glass. (j) 12mm thick prelaminated particle board laminated both side exterior grade and lock including complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store, removal of rubbish to a distance n exc 5km complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Vitrified Ceramic tiles of any colour 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) double charged, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors/ wall as in skirting etc. fixed with adhesive of fevimate-XL resin mortar Make- Pidilite or equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for coloured digital printed fully Vitrified vinyl composite tiles of approved dark shade of size 1800mmX1200mm, 15mm thick laid in floors /wall with spacers, set and jointed in neat cement pointed in epoxy tile grout to match the shade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying (8-8.3mm) thick AC-4, grade laminate wooden flooring of VISTA/PERGO/ ARMSTRONG or equivalent make having abrassion resistance EN 1332, Impact resistance EN 13329 plank dimension (1215mm-1223mm) x (195mm-199mm) x (8mm-8.3mm) having ARC CLICK locking system with tongue and groove mechanism including taking down existing wooden flooring and removal. Flooring shall be laid on polythene sheet and 2mm thick underlay foam according to manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mineral fibre ceiling boards 15 mm thick, 600 mm x 600 mm size including grid 25 x 25 x 1.6 mm thick GI powder coated wall angles and 25 x 35 x1.6mm size T runner suspended at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross T runner of 25 x 35 x 1.6mm size suspended at 600 mm centre to centre supported by 4 mm dia GI wire from roof/ slab including wall angle and T with interlocking arrangement as required for framing grid suitable for module size 600 mm x 600 mm ceiling etc including dismantling of old frame/ grid work including ceiling board any type, size & position etc and removal complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Armstrong RH Dune 95 or equivalent of Aerolite/Dexun/Anchor)

S&F GI metal false ceiling lay in plain regular edge white color tiles of size 595X595X0.5mm thick with 8mm drop made of GI sheet having galvanizing of min 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive ) & electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns(min) including factory painted after bending ceiling grid shall be following min sizes: main T section (24X38X0.3mm 3m long), Cross T section (24X25X0.3mm 6m long), wall angle (24X24X0.3mm 3m long), hanger rod 4mm dia, Adjust clip (85X30X0.8mm), soffit cleat (27X37X25X1.6mm), Dash fastener (12.5 mm dia) including dismantling of old frame/ grid work including ceiling board any type, size & position etc and removal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-laminated PVC rigid foam sheet wall panelling of 5mm thick stuck on inner frame work of 35mm wide strips of 5 mm thick rigid foam sheet. Strips shall have a groove of 6mm width and 2 mm depth (for sinking the head of screw) placed vertically at equal intervals of 600 mm c/c. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long MS screws through the groove in the strip using PVC fasteners including dismantling of old wall panelling of any description including removal complete all as specified and directed. Make - Rajshree / Sintex or equivalent

Dismantling boarding/plywood etc of any description and in any position fixed with nails etc & removal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick plywood grade BWP type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick teak plyboard with teak face veeners on one face on the existing woodwork complete all as specified & directed.

S&F PVC cabinet & cupboard with shutters in required Sizes with locking arrangement, knobs/handle, tower bolt & magnetic catchers in each cupboard (all as per sample) at site made out of 18mm thick one Side decorative lamination & other side blancing lamination sheet. Shutters shall be made out of 18 mm thick with one side decorative laminated PVC Sheet, hinges (as per sample) with screws etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and Screws Where ever required. All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent finish (All as per sample, specification & make) including dismantling of existing cabinet & cupboard shutters of any description and removal complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of plaster of paris putty 1 mm thick to prepare the surface even and smooth over plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a caot of plaster of paris putty 1 mm thick to prepare the surface even and smooth over plastered surface complete all as specified.
