Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Cables of the following sizes:- Note - Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & installing in replacement steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of apprx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate, PCC coping, GI pipe for cable protection, three layers of red colour Reflector etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting of street light fittings , complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge. Note:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings. S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps and 15 Amps fuse grip with base including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Supply, drawing, connecting & testing in replacement of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC rounded sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-694 in steel tubular pole from KIOSK box to light fittings including providing suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement bracket for street light fitting complete with 2.2 mtr long 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and including necessary mild steel clamp, nuts,bolts and washers and painting on steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MS clamp (suitable for holding street light bracket on steel/PCC pole) made out of 40 mm wide 6 mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia -3 Nos with flat washer (3mm thick) -02 No for each including painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide to the M.S clamps complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminium paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested (including CPRI type tested certified panel) LT Panel board ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door , plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. M&L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60x6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32x6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge and as shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I (1991).

Supply errection in position & fixing of complete lighiting system using raising and lowering type of high mast tower of 16 Mtr conforming to IS 875 Part III 1987 and suitable for 180 KM/hour wind speed for mounting lantern ring suitable for fixing of 120 watts LED fiood lights fittings 09 Nos(symmetrically fitted, including wiring from ground level to top of the mast, the mast should be motor operated for up and down, double drum carriage, double drum winch 6 mm 316 grade SS having rope of 7/19 with central core SS, construction trailing cable 3 core x 2.5 sqmm 1 No per mast up to heigh, foundation nut and bolt of suitable size hot dipped galvanised from special steel along with nuts and washers, anchor plates and template & circuit wiring with 10 sqmm copper wire, and power tool control, including RCC foundation as per manufacturers design and drawing complete all as specified & directed by the Engg-in-Charge. Note :- The cost of excavation, earth work and PCC for foundation of high Mast is deemed to included in the quoted rate.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electorde of size 60x60x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.50 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25x4 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earth test point and the equipment to be earthed all including testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F LED flood light 120 watt, 230V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant, with driver complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F time switches astro type having longitude and latitude of Indian cities in memory, 415V three phase 20 Amp rating with 20 Amps, 415 Volts, three pole contactor fitted inside factory made 2mm thick steel enclosure duly powder coated paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

S&F sheet metal enclosures Loadline distribution board TPN, 4 ways 415 volts, with 200 amps rated bus bar, with IP 42 protection and double door, suitable for mounting MCBs and in and including 63A MCCB as incomming complete all as specified and as directed , including cutting chases pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 ends of edges of landing,steps, cills sunsades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting for concealed conduit wiring etc and making good,cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Note:- The quoted rates shall deemed to be included for taking permission from the concerned authorities prior to excavation and making good of any damage done during execution of work by the contractor.

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Note : - (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge
