Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:- Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement ,of size 450mm x 450mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 500 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed

Supply and fix MCCB 250 Amp, 4 pole , 25 KA, 50 Hz with MCCB sheet metal enclosure mounted on wall with fastner and suitable size of nut and bolts after taking down old existing un serviceable MCCB/SDFU complete all as specified and directed..

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested (including CPRI type tested certified panel) LT Panel board ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door , plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-65 class protection and shell be made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 50x50x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 2.5 Sqmm) and comprising of the following :- (a) Incoming :- (i) ACB 4 pole , 1000 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 50 KA, with microprocessor release - 01 Nos (ii) Voltmeter 0-500 volts digital type with 4 way rotary selector swicth -01No (iii) Ammeter digital type with 4 way rotary selector switch-01No (iv) CTs ratio 1000/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (v) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (vi) Aluminium bus bar of rating 2250 Amps- set of four

The MCCB should have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of latest version.

Supplying & fixing of LED street light Fitting 60 watt LED, IP-66 protection, single peice pressure die cast aluminium housing high grade powder coated finish with heat resistant toughned clear glass cover for lamp and control gear compartment with high voltage surge protection device up to 4.5 KV, prewired conductor to fitting with 3 core 1.5 sqmm pvc insulated cable complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut,bolts & washer.

Supplying, install and erect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole in replacement of PCC poles , 9.0 meter long, conforming to IS-2713 part-II, type 410 SP-31, complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, finial taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc., pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore , 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings alongwith clamps, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be included in the quoted unit rate of this item.

S&F for wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed/on pole as required of size 2x1.5 sqmm + 1x1.50 sqmm earth wire alongwith and included steel conduit painted black and suitable size of MS clamp for connection of street light from MCB box at pole all as specified and directed.

(xi) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.
