Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge..

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Cables of the following sizes:- Note Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

16 Sqmm 4 core

50 Sq mm 3.5 core.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M&L in replacement of GI tubes of size 80 mm dia (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M&L in replacement of GI tubes of size 40 mm dia (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

S&F in replacement MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole , 25 KA, 50 Hz with MCCB sheet metal enclosure mounted on wall with fastner and suitable size of nut and bolts after taking down old existing un serviceable MCCB/SDFU complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in repair LED street light Fitting 60 watt LED, IP-66 protection, single peice pressure die cast aluminium housing high grade powder coated finish with heat resistant toughned clear glass cover for lamp and control gear compartment with high voltage surge protection device up to 4.5 KV, prewired conductor to fitting with 3 core 1.5 sqmm pvc insulated cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut, bolts & washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Taking down unservicable RCC/ steel tubular poles of any type and supply & installing steel tubular swan neck type pole 9 mtr long complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including two coats of aluminium painting over a coat of primer for exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous black paint over a coat of primer to the surfaces in contact with concrete inclusing two runs of PVC insulated 1100V multi-stranded copper wire of size 2.5 Sqmm from the junction box to the fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and Painting of Poles with one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminum paint before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing. The complete embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black bituminus paint complete with cast iron base plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Supply, drawing, connecting & testing of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC rounded sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-694 on steel tubular pole/PCC Pole from KIOSK box to light fittings including PVC conduit and providing suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested (including CPRI type tested certified panel) LT Panel board ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door , plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. The fixing of double doors shall be on MS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-65 class protection and shell be made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 50x50x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 2.5 Sqmm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge and comprising of the following:- (a) Incoming :- (i) ACB 4 pole , 800 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 50 KA, with microprocessor release - 01 Nos (ii) Voltmeter 0-500 volts digital type with 4 way rotary selector swicth -01No (iii) Ammeter digital type with 4 way rotary selector switch-01No (iv) CTs ratio 800/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (v) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (vi) Aluminium bus bar of rating 1600 Amps- set of four

The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. Note:- (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iii) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt.II/1993 (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.
