M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates including packing under and haunching against the sides for 150mm internal dia SGSW / RCCpipes after they are laid and tested including demolition of old bed and pipes complete all as specified and directed. (thickness of concrete bed 100mm).

All as per the description of ser item 4 above here-in-before but for 200 mm internal dia SGSW pipes (thickness of concrete bed 150mm).

Supply and laying, jointing 150mm internal dia of salt glazed stoneware pipes grade 'A' including testing and laid in trenches to a level on concrete bed complete all as specified.

All as per the description of srl item No.6 here-in-before but 200mm internal dia of salt glazed stoneware pipes grade 'A' .

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 100mm to 300mm bore pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia pipes omplete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white colour closed pattern including back seat cover all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity including PVC float valves, PVC connection and flush bend complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs water closet squatting pan 'Orissa pattern' 580mm x 440mm, white with integral foot rests including fixing charges of flushing cistern, connection to trap, anti syphonage pipe and provn of lime concrete etc ccomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs angle valve with wall flange, 15mm bore, fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, both ends screwed for iron pipe or for union etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles colored tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and also backing, removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed digital vitrified tiles (DVT) colour and shade as approved in vertical surface of size 450mm x 300mm x 7-8 mm thick with highlighter set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished rough including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and also backing, removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with clamps etc including taking out/dismantling of old pipes complete all as specified.

All as per the description of srl item No 15 above but bore of pipe in 110mm.

S&F in repairs stack clamps for 75mm bore pipe out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, inbolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 17 above but for 110mm pipe.

S&F in replacement of broken cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length, with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to wall with clamps etc. bore of pipe 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 19 above but bore of pipe in 100 mm pipe.

S&F cast iron bends (sand cast) (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers soil/waste pipes 75mm in any length (larger bore measured) with oval access doors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 21 above but bore of pipe in 100mm.

S&F 100mm cast iron branch pieces, double (equal or unequal), ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches with oval access doors as in door 'T' , door bends, 'Y' section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs SFRC GT cover including frame medium duty over all size 400m x 400mm x 80mm thick factory made and test load 10 tonnes (MD-10), strength as per IS-12592 (2002), ISI marked all as specified.

S&F in repairs SFRC manhole covers including frame medium duty over all size 900m x 450mm x 80mm thick factory made and test load 10 tonnes (MD-10), strength as per IS-12592 (2002), ISI marked all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type as per site all as directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as dirrected.

S&F in repairs 600mm dia razor blade concertina coil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galavnised any size and type complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size & type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other each screw to be fitted with one washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolts not exc 5cm and dia of shank 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brickwork, masonary, etc. and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled & countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete & screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage WC indian pattern or european for removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out including cleaning SGSW or CI pipe upto Ist manhole and depositing the sludge by digging out a pit of suitable size at outside the defence area and covering the same with soil layer of thickness 30cm obtained from the excavation and earthwork complete all as specifed and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of bathroom kitchen by cleaning nahani traps, gually traps and removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the cleaning eyes and depositing the sludge by digging out a pit of suitable size at outside the defence area and covering the same with soil layer of thickness 30cm obtained from the excavation and earthwork complete all as specifed and directed.

Cleaning of manhole up to 2.00 meter depth any size of manhole and taking out sludge and depositing the same in notified area by Municipal Corp of Delhi for dumping or out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line from GT to Ist manhole complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Cleaning of sewage line of daimeter upto 100mm to 150mm

M&L for cleaning of blocked sewage line, any dia and upto 4.00m depth in horizontal or vertical position from manhole to manhole drain pipes. Note:- Cleaning of sewage line of any type and dia or bore upto any depth by removing all fillings/silts, foreign material and other deposits whatever completely and making the line free from all obstacles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothly by filling water. The cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable length by blocking the first and last manhole of sewer line and removing the silt/sludge & deposits out side of defence land in covered van/Trolly all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sludge from septic tank, soakage well and manhole etc of any capacity and depth by dewatering, taking out mud/ sludge/liquid, getting out and removing & depositing the sludge, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Septic tank and soakage well be cleaned by Mechanical Vehicle ( Tanker) and Dewatering/Sludge to be thrown away outside of defence area.

M&L cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel/petrol runing vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 ltrs water jetting tank including skilled operator, supervising engineer, labour etc for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines of any dia & size and in any description, dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manholes to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line for all depth complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rates quoted against this item for cleaning for 08 hrs of above mentioned machine. Any work carried out for 08 hrs shall be measured as on Job. (one unit)

Construction of soakage wells of size 3.65m dia x 3.00m depth excavation in any types of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 walls of honeycomb masonry with brick work all as shown in drg No DZ- 1124 (R) sheet No 1/1 dated 12.02.2003 & revised upto 14.05.2004, top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in cement mortor 1:4, RCC cover slabs in M-25 and SFRC covers, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats including demolition of existing old soakage well of any size and refill the same up to the existing ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan on exceeding 6m mean radius, using old size brick, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick Ready Mix Plaster in cement mortar mixed with PD proof 101 LW(+) of Dr fixit or equvalant integral WP admixer @200 ml/bag of Ready mix over two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equ. in the ratio 1:4: 7 (one part super latex 302, 4 part water and 7 part cement ) @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture per Sqm in two coats on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note- PD proof 101 LW(+) and super latex 302 shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only PD proof 101 LW (+) of Dr Fixit or equivalent.

Supply only super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equivalent.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surface and applying two coats of white cement wash over one coat primer including necessary scafolding and T&P required for excution of this item complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The work will be executed at highrise bldgs.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of any description and applying two coats of white cement wash over one coat primer on external wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for all as specified.

S&F for precast reinforced cement concrete manhole covers or drain covers in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally for hooping end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than .9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L demolition of precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

S&F 18mm thick factory made WPC board of required length and of 2'-2.5' height, comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), Calcium Carbonate and natural fibers (Wood Powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and Non toxic additives, made from single extrusion process, WPC foam board with having minimum density 650 kg/cum complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification and drawing.

Supply & Fixing WPC frame 75mm x 50mm with having minimum density 780 kg/cbm manufactured by "RAJSHRI" an ISO 9001 - 2015 Certified Company, having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of 2000 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ), Minimum Compissive of 50 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free.Water/ Moisture Proof and Fire Retardant, fixed in ground/brickwork using MS Cleats for better stability complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification and drawing.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping and similar work including necessary form work to obtain a smooth finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor (unreinforced) and pavings including tiles etc ,n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains, side guide wall including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as in floor including surfaces to be finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including screed bed or bedding layers of mortars 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 , all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine pressed precast rubber mould coloured concrete interlocking paver blocks of 60mm thick any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment over complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rolling shutters of any description and size including top cover, cleaning the helical wire spring, anchoring rod, guide channels etc and greasing /oiling to all moving parts of rolling shutter including straighting the anchoring rod, braket plate for smooth functioning, replacement of damaged/worn out lath 1.25 mm thick and re-fixing the rolling shutter with top cover and making good the disturbed portion etc. complete all as directed and specified. Note 1 :- The unit quoted rate deemed to be included for minor repairs , welding and replacements of nut & bolts if required. Note 2 :- Material Like helical wire spring, anchoring rod, gear box, etc shall be measured and paid in following item given below.

Supply only mild steel helical wire spring 45cm long, 7 mm dia and weighing of each spring not to be less than 2.40 kg. Complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel tube medium grade of 40mm dia for anchoring rod to rolling shutter including necessary weding to M.S. bracket plate, drilling holes for fixing spring. Complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel lock plate and handle made out of MS flat iron, including necessary welding. Complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel, laths 1.25mm thick in any type of sliding shutters and in any length including all necessary work for satisfactry functioning of sliding shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only guide channel, rails, angle etc for smooth functioning of sliding shutter including necessary welding to M.S. bracket plate, drilling holes for fixing complete all as directed and specified.

M&L Welding in repairs n. exc 6mm thick metal and n. exc 2.5 cm in length all as specified and directed.

Repairs to Steel gates (including sliding door), re-setting easing fixing of cleats screws nut, bolts, fixing of hold fasts, fixing of door stopper, greasing, complete repair for smooth functioning of door by all necessary means (welding angles, flats etc) including all the additional material added to make the gate functional all as specified and directed. Note: Steel gates are heavy and large, so contractor should make necessary safety measures while repairing the steel gate.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC coloums, beams, slabs, Chajjas (Soffit only), and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including dusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75mm x 75mm of 2mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturer's instructions or 3% by wt of cement all as directed with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair, including 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, necessary padding, steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platformm/formwork etc complete all as directed (Guniting work is to be carried out upto 06 mtr height from ground level). Notes :- (i) Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co. or their authorized dealer.

Complete removal of old roof treatment incuding cement mortar (except mudfushka , brick tile) and removal of grass, small trees by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc incuding removing debries out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg/sqm and M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster over the concrete / brick roof surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per bag, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of liquid WPC is deemed to be included in quoted rate against this item.

M&L for Cleaning all the dust and loose material by brush/blower/Grinder including removing of vegetation/plantation from the surface. M&L for preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethane modified acrylic roofing system, co elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethane and fully fibre reinforced, having Sun Reflectivity index (SR) of 109 on top of concrete roof surfaces. All cracks up to 3 mm at corner joints, channel and parapets should be treated with crack seal. Applying three coats including one coat of primer of ShaliUrethane BTD/ Sikalastic 560/ smart care damp proof-ultra having coverage @ min 0.75kg/sqm and dilution up to 10% and laying reinforced fiber net and applying two coats (without dilution) of shaliUrethane BTD/Sikalastic 560/smart care damp proof ultra @ total consumption 2 kg/sqm in two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx 350%.The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge/Consultant (Note :6 Hrs interval between two coat will be maintained). All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system.Make: STP/Sika/Asian paint or equivalent as approved by GE. Note:- Application of water proofing treatment will be done by Authorised Applicator only. (i) The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However, contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.
