M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 16-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) providing edge moulding, rounded or chamfered on exposed edges as directed including machine polishing to edge to give high glossy finish etc in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F as in repair mineral fibre ceiling boards 15 mm thick, 600 mm x 600 mm size including grid 25 x 25 x 1.6 mm thick GI powder coated wall angles and 25 x 35 x1.6mm size T runner suspended at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross T runner of 25 x 35 x 1.6mm size suspended at 600 mm centre to centre supported by 4 mm dia GI wire from roof/ slab including wall angle and T with interlocking arrangement as required for framing grid suitable for module size 600 mm x 600 mm ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI metal false ceiling lay in plain regular edge white color tiles of size 595X595X0.5mm thick with 8mm drop made of GI sheet having galvanizing of min 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive ) & electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns(min) including factory painted after bending ceiling grid shall be following min sizes: main T section (24X38X0.3mm 3m long), Cross T section (24X25X0.3mm 6m long), wall angle (24X24X0.3mm 3m long), hanger rod 4mm dia, Adjust clip (85X30X0.8mm), soffit cleat (27X37X25X1.6mm), Dash fastener (12.5 mm dia) including dismantling of old frame/ grid work & ceiling board any type, size & position etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair pre-laminated PVC rigid foam sheet wall panelling of 5mm thick stuck on inner frame work of 35mm wide strips of 5 mm thick rigid foam sheet. The strips should have a groove of 6mm width and 2 mm depth for sinking the head of screw used to fix the strips to the all and should to be placed vertically at equal intervals of 600 mm c/c. The PVC strips to be fixed to the wall using 65mm long MS screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners including dismantling of old wall panelling of any description complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling boarding/plywood etc of any description and in any position fixed with nails etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick plywood grade BWP type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick teak plyboard with teak face veeners on one face on the existing woodwork complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down door shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n-exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed

S&F 35 mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels with decorative face veneers both faces with lipping complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of Al chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from frame) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each including builder hardware fitting & MS grill for window complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of Al chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from frame) area exc 1.5 but not exc 4 Sqm each including builder hardware fitting & MS grill for window complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium window using 63mm X 38mm X 1.6mm chowkhats with 45mm X 45mm X 1.6mm openable section as in shutter including 4mm thick glass panes of approved make with aluminium beading & rubber packing for fixing glass and including powder coated builder hardware such as aluminium handles 100mm - 02 Nos, tower bolts 100mm 02 Nos, hooks and eye - 02 Nos, 150mm long, butt hinges 100mm- 04 Nos etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Aluminium door/ window/ ventilators to be fixed with cadmium plated screw not more than 600 mm C to C & sealing the joints between frames & granite with polysulphide sealant as per the manufactures instruction". The rate deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

S&F powder coated aluminium fixed window using 63mm X 38mm X 1.6mm frame work with 4 mm thick fixed glass including aluminium beading & rubber packing for fixing glass complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Aluminium door/ window / ventilators /partition to be fixed with cadmium plated screw not more than 600 mm C to C & sealing the joints between frames & wall/granite/kota stone with polysulphide sealant as per the manufactures instruction". The rate deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

S&F aluminium deco grill with and including suitable aluminium anodised 15 micron DG 102, 7.50mmx6mm and weight should not be less then 3.131 Kg / sqm and powder coated F/H section as required with aluminium rebated /screwed attachment complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Aluminium grill shall be of 'Deco Grill' of M/s ELESAR FOCCHI Ltd as per design No DG 102, 7.5MM x 6 mm thick of approved design in M/s Royal Grill, National Grill, Alumigrille of M/s Alumi profiles Pvt Ltd .

Taking down existing aluminium doors exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing aluminium partition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair powder coated aluminium partition/fixed window using 63mm X 38mm X 1.6mm frame work with 5.5 mm thick tinted glass including aluminium beading & rubber packing for fixing glass/ Prelaminated particle, board, exterior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice laminations 12mm thick fixed with aluminium beading to aluminium frame work, area of each panel not exc 1.20 sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Aluminium window/partition to be fixed with chromium plated screw not more than 600 mm C to C & sealing the joints between frames & wall/granite/kota stone with polysulphide sealant as per the manufactures instruction". The rate deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

S&F as in repair powder coated of any colour aluminium frame, with partially glazed shutters, single/ double leaf divided into two glazed panels including aluminium powder coated snap beading and rubber gasket/lining for fixing of glass as directed complete all as specified and as directed. The frame and shutter will be made out of the following sections:- (a) Aluminium powder coated door frame 63mmx44.45mmx1.60mm fixed with aluminium trust bolt in walls by drilling as directed (b) Aluminium powder coated side rail of shutter section 85mmx44.45mm x1.6mm (c) Aluminium powder coated top rail of shutter section 83.5mmx44.45mm x1.6mm (d) Aluminium powder coated middle rail of shutter section 114.30mmx44.45mm x1.6 mm (e) Aluminium powder coated bottom rail of shutter section 101.60mmx44.45x 1.60 mm (f) Aluminium powder coated tower bolt 200 mm long - 02 Nos in each leaf of Make Classic/Argent as approved. (g) Aluminium powder coated handle 250 mm long of approved Make Classic / Argent 02. No’s in each leaf. (h) Glass Panel shall be 4 mm thick tinted glass. (j) 12mm thick prelaminated particle board laminated both side exterior grade and lock including complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC cabinet & cupboard shutters in required Sizes with locking arrangement & magnetic catchers in each cupboard at site made out of 18mm Thick One Side Decorative Lamination & Other Side Balancing Lamination Sheet Consisting of Carcass 18 mm Thick PVC Sheet & Provision of Shutters Made Out of 18 mm thick One Side Decorative Laminated PVC Sheet all required Brackets 5.5 Screws etc. The Panels Shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent finish as per make and Specification Mentioned as per drawing and Specification including dismantling of existing cabinet & cupboard shutters of any description complete all as specified & directed. Taking down unserviceable venation blinds any type /description and in any position (horizontal / vertical) along with the top rail complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F vertical venation blinds of special collection, self adjusting system of louvers, size 100mm wide (as approved by GE) with aluminium top rail & PVC bottom, weight attached with 100 mm strip with chain operation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F roller blinds of any size and any colour (Blackout/Non-Black out series) with aliminium headrail, with chain operation complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Vista/ Marvel / Hunter Douglas)

S&F sheer dimout blinds with cassette complete with chain operation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Vista/ Marvel / Hunter Douglas)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface of any description etc including taking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including all necessary scaffolding/ Jhulla with safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using water proofing compound at the rate of as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement upto 02 storied building including all necessary scaffolding / jhulla complete as specified. (Note: The item also includes the plastering work in patches of any size upto 02 storied building. Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid as supply only separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required in ground in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately under respective item of this Schedule)

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering, in cement mortar 1: 6, on brick/ concrete surfaces of any description, in patches, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering, in cement mortar 1:3, on ceiling surface, in patches, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing the newly plastered wall surface and applying two coat of cement base pant over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, over and including a coat of primer with chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 36.00 here-in-before but on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall, chequered floor, roof (corrugal) surface by brooming and removing all loose layers of old treatment, efflorescence soot and moss by wire brush and filling all nail holes and patches with cement based wall care putty and applying one coat of weather proof Exterior emulsion paint of colour & shade as approved (to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Asian Apex Ultima or equivalent of make specified in PS. Note: Quoted rates shall deemed to be includes painting at any height (upto 02 storied buildings) including scaffolding work, as required.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, of approved tint and shade, or to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 39.00 here-in-before but applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall, of approved tint and shade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, of approved tint and shade, or to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 41.00 here-in-before but applying two coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling, of approved tint and shade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls of any description and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved tint and shade, or to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 43.00 here-in-before but applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint on wall, of approved tint and shade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden or wood based material/ surfaces of any description, width or girth and applying one or more coats of French polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing the old painted wooden surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth by removing all dirt, dust, rust and grease, stopping and filling the holes and patches and priming the requisite surface with pink primer incl. applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on patches and then applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of kerb stones of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour & shade as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 3mm thick cement based, Birla white, wall care putty on walls and making surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.
