Demolition of cement concrete, unreinforced, in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any descreption on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc on walls and ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick flush shutters factory made solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 30mm thick IInd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a); fitted to chowkats complete all as specified.

Anodised aluminium door of approved design complete all as specified/directed with all fixing arrangement including providing and fixing door handle, tower bolts, mortice lock 6 lever (Make - Harrison/Godrej) one on each door and floor door spring for alu door (one No for each shutter), aluminium anodized tower bolts 200 mm long (03 Nos on each shutters) and 5 mm thick tinted glass of selecteed quality not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane along with aluminium glazing beading of size 19.00 mm x 17.5 mm x 0.70 mm @ weight of 0.097 Kgs per RM including rubber gasket on both side complete alongwith neoprene lining. The member shall be made out of extended aluminium section comprising of :-

(a) Door frame of size 95.25 mm x 44.50 mm x 1.70 mm @ 1.301 Kg/RM.

(b) Shutter vertical member 85 x 44.50 x 1.56 mm @ 1.39 Kg per RM

(c) Shutter top member 83.50 x 44.50 x 1.54 mm @ 1.139 Kg per RM.

(d) Shutter bottom member 101.60 x 44.50 x 1.60 mm @ 1.301 Kg per RM.

(e) Shutter lock rail member 83.50 x 44.50 x 1.54 mm @ 1.139 Kg per RM.

The actual measurement shall be taken, wastage shall be including in the rates, the above sections are from JINDAL/INDAL/HINDAICO/WALCO extruion. The contractor is at liberty to choose high section from approved make with minor variation in sizes and weight as approved. However nothing extra shall be paid for over size and over weight section also.

S & F aluminium powder coated three track window ( two shutters glazed & one shutters wire gauge) with frame, glazed with 4 mm thick tinted glass and, wire gauge with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm including rubber bead joining cleat for fixing in position, concealed type lock for all three shutter, PVC roller etc all as specified below :-- (a) Frame (top & side) section shall of size 92.00 x 31.75 x 1.50 mm ( Section No 21447) (b) Frame (bottom) section shall of size 92.00 x 31.75 x 1.50 mm ( Section No 21446) (c) Top & side Members of shutter Section shall be be of size 18.00 x 40.00 x 1.50 (Section No 21455) (d) Interlock Section of Shutter shall be be of size 18.00 x 40.00 x 1.50 (Section No 21454) (e) Bottom Members of shutter Section shall be be of size 18.00 x 40.00 x 1.50 (Section No 20844) Note:-(i) Section Number given above are of make Jindal, Contractor may use similar section of other make mention in Appx B.

S&F powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, aluminium snap beading, screws, aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1no.) complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and fixing in opening, complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail, lock on either side and gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointing together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing of frame at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

100mm size butt hinges (medium weight) colled rolled mild steel, complete all as specified and as directed.

Aluminium handles cast type anodized 150mm size, complete all as specified and as directed.

250mm size aluminium alloy, anodized sliding door bolt with hasp, stapple ( bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy, complete all as specified and as directed.

Aluminium anodized 150mm size barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Floor door stopper of 140mm size of alluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn steel spring, complete all as specified and as directed

Aluminium (die cast body) door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Galvanised steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm, and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised mild steel staples, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Granite stone 18-20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in window cills, cooking platforms and the like not less than 1 Sqm (in one piece), laid over 15mm thick layer of cement mortar 1:3 after roughening of existing concrete surface and applying a layer of neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade of stone, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shapedwasher etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240

0.50mm thick prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based semi corrugated/profile steel sheeting of any colour, having tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering, wall cladding with self tapping screws or 'L' type of 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws as per manufacturers instructions including dismantling translucent PVC or Asbestos cement corrugated sheets including ridges as in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L roughening concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc incl taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @3Kg/Sqm incl 20mm thick screeding in Cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth and M&L for preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethane modified acrylic roofing system, co elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethane and fully fibre reinforced, having Sun Reflectivity index (SR) of 109 on top of concrete roof surfaces. All cracks up to 3 mm at corner joints, channel and parapets should be treated with crack seal. Applying three coats including one coat of primer of ShaliUrethane BTD/ Sikalastic 560/ smart care damp proof-ultra having coverage @ min 0.75kg/m2 and dilution up to 10% and laying reinforced fiber net and applying two coats (without dilution) of shaliUrethane BTD/Sikalastic 560/smart care damp proof ultra @ total consumption 2 kg/m2 in two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx 350%. The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge/Consultant (Note :6 Hrs interval between two coat will be maintained). All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system.Make: STP/Sika/Asian paint or equivalent as approved by GE. Note:- Application of water proofing treatment will be done by Authorised Applicator only. (i) The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However, contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets & frame work.all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with Semi perforated 12mm thk micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles at all heights with GRG (Glass fibre reinforcement Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part 4) -1970 and light reflectance of 85% (min) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and Lshape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge.

S & F Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame and incl 5 mm thk PVC sheet fillets of width 35 mm for wall panelling incl fixing on wall wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawings and taking down existing wall panelling of any type all as per specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L for 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm grade aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx2.5cm, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and pigments laid over 15 mm thick screed be in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base 15 mm thick in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

Light shade vitrified tile 10 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or beddding layer in cementy mortar 1:4 including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specifed and as directed.

Non skid ceramic coloured floor tiles 7-8mm thick, area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18Sqm or of size as approved as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigments to match over and including the provision of 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces of walls, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm cement rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

75mm PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, floors and pavings finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Sheet glass 3.00mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane including Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden or steel frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads exceeding 1.5Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sprinkle coarse sand over IInd coat for proper bonding of cement plaster , complete all as specified and directed .

M & L Lime concrete with 40mm brick aggregate in cement mortor 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC type D-2 1:4:8 ( 40mm graded stone aggt) in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC type B1,1:2:4 ( 20mm graded stone aggt) in roof slab or in Sunken Portion as leveling course using WPC comlete all as specified and directed (WPC will measured and paid seperatly)

S&F 32mm GI pipe as in spout pipe in sunken Portion fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 complete all as specified and directed.
