Supply & Fixing replacement LED Ammeter 3 phase programmable type with inbuilt selector switch with suitable capacity CT's (96 mmx 96 mm) and including taking down of unserviceable meter and making all electric connection / fixing arrangement in existing panel, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking LT supply shutdown, disconnecting all electrical connection, taking down existing old / unservicable LT panel / APFC panel from its position incl all accessories and demolishing old plateform complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for alternate arrangment of LT Supply with suitable capacity of LT cables if uninterrupted power supply is required as and when directed by Engr-in-charge. No exrtra cost will be paid to the contractor on this account.

Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, supply, installation, testing and commissioning OEM/ OEM's authorized franchise manufactured indoor type APFC Panel capacitor duty contactor and 7% detuned Copper wound reactor, of capacity 180 KVAR (Output) @ 440 V AC. The APFC panel shall have 09 stages and the stage ratings will be decided by Engr-in-Charge at the time of execution. The capacitor panel shall be communicable and integrable with EMS. The APFC panel shall be floor mounted design with necessary foundation, weather proof, dust proof, vermin proof, suitable for humidity up to 95% and shall be painted with powder coating Siemens grey shade RAL-7035/7032. Average daily temperature: +35°C max, Ambient temperature: -5°C to 40°C. APFC panel shall be comprising of the following:- (Loc: ADC) (i) Insulated bus bar assembly made from Aluminium and rated of minimum 1.5 time rating of incomer MCCB rating. (ii) The incomer of the APFC Panel shall be a suitable rating MCCB, 36KA, with Over-Load, Earth fault & Short-Circuit protection, Ics = 100% Icu. MCCB shall have standard extended rotary handle, spreaders, phase barrier.The incomer shall also have Digital V, A, F & PF meter 96x96 sqmm, Flush Mounted, Emergency STOP Push Button, Indicating lamps - R/Y/B/ON/OFF/TRIP, 9-Steps APFC Relay & OFF Delay Timer etc. (iii) Capacitor Units: The capacitor unit shall be heavy duty metalized polypropylene film with Zn / Al alloy. The capacitors shall be encapsulated in an aluminium can. (iv) Short-circuit and Overload Protection: Each stage of the APFC Panel shall have a suitably rated MCCB( Ics = 100% Icu) for short-circuit and overload protection and also have auto/ manual selector switch, ON/OFF indicating LED lamps & ON/OFF push button etc.

(v) In addition to the PF Controller, the controller shall be 3 CT operated, shall be communicable and should measure individual harmonics, Status of stages (open / close / faulty), energy parameters like : I, V , P , Q, S, Operating PF, Target PF, Operating Temperature, Max Temperature, % THD V, %THD I,Display of alarms etc (vi) Stage Contactor: The power contactors shall be employed for switching 'on' and switching 'off' operations in capacitor banks. The rating of contactor shall be suitably assigned and capacitor should be with damping resistors to limit the capacitor charging current. (vii) Reactor: - Harmonic block reactors copper wound with 7% filtering factor shall be connected in series with each capacitor stage and shall be of iron cored type. Tolerance of reactors shall not exceed +/-5% of rated value. (viii) Ventilating fans of required size shall be used to dissipate the heat produced by the capacitor bank components like the capacitor units, reactors, contactors, breakers etc. (ix) All the major capacitor bank components such as capacitor units, de tuning reactors, PF controllers, circuit breakers, contactors should preferably be from a single manufacturer. (x) OEM will stand warranty of 02 years for complete design, supply and inspection upto site service support.

Servicing of LT panels of any make and any description by disconnecting the panel electrically, cleaning with blower, required welding work, door alignmet for proper closing of doors, replacing broken hinges, opening cables from MCCBs, cutting of unserviceable/overheated cable ends / thimbles etc, M&L for fixing of new aluminium thimbles suitable for LT cable size up to 400 sqmm x 3.5 core as required at site, insulation of all necked wires and busbars as per existing colour code, re-fixing/re-assembling and testing as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of LT panels/ busbar chamber/ MS support structure and painting the cleaned surface with two (02) coat of synthetic enamel paint to achieve good finish by spray painting machine carefully after covering the meters, indicators, relays and switches fixed on panel to prevent from fall of paint drops including marking of incoming & out going, writing numbers & letters etc as req on newly painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The shade of paint will be decided by Engr-in-Charge & no extra payment will be paid on this account.

Bringing fault detector machine with skilled tradesmen to detecting the fault by inducing the high potential in any sizes of LT cables, including digging up to showing faults, returning, filling and marking the place where fault detected complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 70 sqmm x 3.5 Core in trench/ on pole/ in duct complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. The cost of required thimbles / clamps / fastner and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover and Cable joints will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this sch.

Material & Labour for road cutting, including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, leveling well ramming in layers, soling with broken boulders/stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismentling the existing road, premix, carpeting 25 mm thick using ready mix patch mate material or with PCC, rolled and compacted for road patch repair work, complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in hard / dense soil, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as directeld and sand cover to under ground cable complete all as directed.

Supplying laying, brick sub class 'B' common burnt laid in trenches for cable protection complete all specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior grade weather proof paint over a coat of weather resistant acrylic primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Expanded metal weight per square metre not exceeding 4 Kg, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including taking down old wire mesh complete all as specified & directed. Note: MS frame /Angle work will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L in replacement for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, angle iron, flats and back plates fabricated from MS steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers of suitable sizes including welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including taking down old cross arms, angle iron, plates etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in replacement of plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 m below norm al ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of clear coal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on both sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and revetted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipments etc, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate to ground level with and including 32 x 6 mm flat iron clamps,bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth plate to ground level for watering complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation & earth work, etc as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

M& L in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25cmx20cm complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying in replacement electrical insulating rubber mat of sizes 2m x 1m and 19 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per relevant IS suitable for electrical shock safety and anti skid type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement acrylic Sign board of dimension 300mmx 300mm and thickness not less than 5 mm, including writing approximate 100 letter of aprroved height and any kind like block, Roman, Itlalic, Indian, Stop, Commas, Short line, dashes, hypens, brackets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement sign board of size 900 x 600 mm, made out of MS sheets of 1.6 mm thick duly painting from both side and writting approximate 80 letters of any height & kind like block, Roman, Italic, Indian, Numbers, Short line, dashes, hypens and this also includes 50 mm MS square pipe for sign board frame and support of 100 cm height from ground level to bottom of Board and 60 cm is duly embaded in ground and fixed with using cement concrete 1:4:8 including necessary excavation, RFR, removal of surplus soil etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement sign board of size 1200 x 900 mm, made out of MS sheets of 18 guage duly painting from both side and writting approximate 100 letters of any height & kind like block, Roman, Italic, Indian, Numbers, Short line, dashes, hypens and this also includes frame & support pipe of 80 mm square SS pipe of grade SS-304, 60 cm SS pipe embedded in ground by making holes 70 cm deep and 150 mm dia fixed with using cement concrete 1:4:8, and 90 cm above ground level (up to bottom of Board) including necessary earth work like excavation, RFR, removal of surplus soil etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
