M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 10 -12mm thick polymer modified readymix cement base plaster as per manufacturer's instructions on fair / unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even fair complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick with water proofing compound (paid separately as supply only) in cement mortar 1:3 on in ceiling/ Chajjas surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of wall/ Ceiling and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing RCC 1:2:4 type B- 1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in slab supportetd on walls, shelves, Chajjas, cantilevers or similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Box type Steel windows /ventilator with double shutters (inside for wiremesh & out side for glass), hinges, steel handle, tower bolt and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded .WIRE MESH –Stainless steel wire mesh of 0.3 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm. Grills window shall be provided with grill made of 10mm square MS bars welded to 12mmx6mm thick MS plate . Distance between bars should not be more than 12cm c/c. Total grill unit shall be enamel painted and fixed to window frame with screw . Note: The glazed/Guaged shutter includingguard bars shall be measure once i.e. as per area of opening. M&L for Vetrified ceramic tiles ultra charged ( dark shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl screed bed 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM (1:6) complete all as specified

Dismantling/ taking out of existing roof tretment with APP membrane of any thickness including taking out existing sreed bed / rendering of any thickness wth all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajjas in multiple coats @ 2.0 litre/sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Smart Care Damp Proof of Asian Paints or equivalent in SIKA/BERGER/FOSROC/STP. Notes: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer or their authorised dealer. (d) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of Eight years in favour of the GE. A sum equivalent to 2.5% (Two point Five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor’s dues as security deposit. The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposit receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in favour of Garrison Engineer. (e) Full quantity of water proofing chemical / paint shall be entered in MB as "NOT TO BE ABSTRACTED".

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B -1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agregate) as in base and maintaining slope in required thickness.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC, PVC or reinforced cement) set in cement mortor internal dia of pipe 75 to100 mm complete all as specified and directed.
