M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls over a coat of primer incl 3mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of approved shade of oil emulsion distemper with 3mm thick elastomeric wall care putty on walls, including repairing of pot holes and cracks with putty, take it plaster where it required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation on old plastered or unplatered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of exterior Apex/weather coat over a coat of primer any tint (colour as approved by GE) over putty including preparation of surface of wall, band/chajja/balcony up to four storey height building complete all as specified and dircted by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling upto four stories complete and all as specified and directed by engr-in -charge.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 sqm and not n.exc 4.0 sqm (including make good with CM 1:4 and hold fast) complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

All as per item No 8 above But not exc 1.5 Sqm .

M&L for Providing and fixing factory made PVC white colour sliding window three track made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+/- 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame(88mmx52mm). sash (42mmx67mm). sliding mesh sase (42mmx567mm) sliding inlock (One vertical length in between two shutters) (45.5mmx28mm)Glazing bead (24.5mmx16mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded to all corners & required wiremesh cloths, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware EPDM gasket + -0.2 mm thick galvanised steel frame (28mmx21.5mrn) sliding sash (30mmx18mm) 'sliding mesh sase (26mmx10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fastners. Hardware: [ touch lock of zinc alloyed (while powder coated) Corner strikers: Cyilnder. steelless steel wire cloths 0.36 mm nominal dia of wireand average dia of wire and average of widht of apreature 1.4mm and required accessories and glass) . The unit rate quoated by contractor includes cost of glass,black color glass/film on glass and includes all and includes all other connected accessories and making good with which is required in PCC/RCC/plaster. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose (A) Area exc. 2.00 sqm each complete all as specificed and directed.

Hardware: [ casement door handle both side made of zinc alloyed (while powder coated) Corner strikers: Cyilnder. Door transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system with strikes, 3D hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder) and 5.5 mm thick glazing with selected quality glass. The unit rate quoated by contractor includes cost of glass/black color glass/film on glass and includes all and includes all other connected accessories & making good with which is required in PCC/RCC/plaster. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose (A) Area exc. 2.00 sqm each complete all as specificed and directed.

S&F aluminium powder coated any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, partician, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium powder coated an (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) as in window and ventilator shutters, sliding type three track, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F for powder coated aluminium doors shutters,( thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m incl necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing , handels 2 Nos in each door , hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F brass body Mortice lock, vertical type,size 100 mm 4 lever, incl escutcheon plate and two No keys fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix sheet glass 5.5 mm thick of selected quality (tinted /black glass) exc. 0.5 sqm each fixed to aluminium frame work with necessary rubber beading complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in repair aluminium deco grills confirming to DG-104 grade all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair aluminium extruded section door closer hydraulically operated designation No-03, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm width and of weight of 61 to 80 Kg complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S & F in repair 140mm long floor door stopper of Almn alloy body and tongue with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300X 450X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl back plaster 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 & including 100mm thik cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floors finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic light shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match flooring( in any pattern) and jointed with neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No 22 above but as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting/dado including 10mm thick cement plaster (1:4) as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in Plinth Protection using 40 mm stone aggregate including making joints & filling with sand bitumen mastic complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M &L for PVC profile for wall panelling colour / shade as approved size 250mm wide, 08 mm over all thick with 1 mm wall thickness fixed with screw to mild steel square ( size 20mmx 20mmx 1mm thick) tubler frame work including one coat of red oxide primer, fixed to walls and including dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PVC profile corner beading L/T type for wall panelling, colour/shade matching with wall panelling complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for false ceilings using GI snap grid system with roll-formed out of hot dip galvanised steel caping (powder coated) main runner 38 x 24 mm , cross Tee 29 x 24 mm and wall angle 24 x 24 mm members suspended with 4mm dia GI wire, carry maximum load up to 8.10 Kg/Sqm with 4mm thick designer ceiling board , pre painted Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions size 595 x 595mmx 4mm thick any texture (Lake and Hill, oceaniccascade or Electra) as approved by GE all as per at any height including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
