Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for 'External Electric Supply' as listed in Sch 'A' Section-V (refer prepriced shedule attached seperately)

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS under Sch 'A' Section-VI are not prepriced by MES and item Rate to be quoted by contractor for each item.

Cleaning of collection well/settling tank/oxidation ditch containing raw sewage i.e removal of grit, floating matter and disposing off the same outside NCBS, in an unobjectionable way including cost of necessary labour, transport all as below :-

Screen bar chamber (sizes 1.75Mx.45Mx3M)

Oil & grease tank (two parts) (sizes 6Mx1.75Mx4M)

Equilizer /collection tank (sizes 8Mx6Mx6.5M)

MBBR (sizes 5.5Mx2.8Mx6.5M)

Tube settler with Sludge holding tank (sizes 5.5Mx3.3Mx6.5M)

Clear water /CC tank (sizes 4Mx3.5Mx2.5M)

Treated water tank (sizes 8Mx8Mx3.5M)

Note :- Contractor shall make alternative arrangement to meet the sewage disposal during the the desludging period. The rates quoted shall be deemed to inclusive of such arragement and no extra payment will be done on this account.

Supply, installation in replacement of 1 Nos Stainless steel Perforated Screen with suitable lifting arrangement mechenically (size 450mm wide and 700mm high approx) bar sizing will be 40mm x6mm & Bar spacing should be min 15mm including taking out existing unserviceable bar screen of iron all as specified.

S & F in replacement Conveyor Scrapper type Oil Skimmer machine cap 0-100 LPH with suitable length & width (approx 2000/100mm) of belt 200mm or multi, outlet collection oil tank motor rpm 1440, single phase, 1/2 HP, reduction gear box RPM 18/24 complete with frame of SS304/MS powder coated & scrapper SS304/silicon/FRP all as specified.

M & L for replacement of tube settler duck media PVC with base support of specification square tube, black colour, thickness 1mm, vertical height 1000mm, UV Stabilized, Moc- PVC as per existing suitable for tube settler tank of STP including taking out unserviceable PVC media, rusted iron support from tube settler tank complete all as specified. (Size of tank : 5.5Mx3.3Mx1M)

Taking out old unserviceable sand media from the sludge drying bed of size 5.6 mtr x 5.6 mtr upto the depth of 0.5 Mtr at STP with the help of man power and T&P and clean all the bed complete and thrown the old sand beyond the boundary wall where directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified.

M&L for new Silica sand media in layer Sludge Drying Bed and back wash channel in layers as per existing grade and size complete all as speciffied.

M&L for new gravel media of 40mm in Sludge Drying Bed and back wash channel in layers as per existing grade and size complete all as speciffied.

Supply, installaion in replacement of air piping for non clog type air dispersal grid system comprise of pipes 40mm of stainless steel droppers/laterals complete air diffuser with all fittings such as tee crosses, plugs, sockets elbow, reducers supports and clamps, puddle flanges etc cutting chases and making good all as specified and directed for aeration tank (size 5mx5m) including taking out existing unserviceable all as specified. Note : Air dispersal grid system shall be provided for equalisation tank, sludge holding tank for making the system. Air dispersal grid system shall be assembled in modular form so that they can be replaced/repaired.

Supply, installaion in replacement of air piping for non clog type air dispersal grid system comprise of pipes 50 mm of stainless steel droppers/laterals complete air diffuser with all fittings such as tee crosses, plugs, sockets elbow, reducers supports and clamps, puddle flanges etc cutting chases and making good all as specified and directed for MBBR tank 2 Nos each size 2.25mx2.25mx6m of sizes including taking out existing unserviceable all as specified. Note :Air dispersal grid system shall be provided for equalisation tank, sludge holding tank for making the system. Air dispersal grid system shall be assembled in modular form so that they can be replaced/repaired.

M&L in replacement of MS pipe with UPVC pipe 150mm dia (self-40) at STP tanks (two Nos) as per existing (complete with all fittings such as tee crosses, plugs, sockets, elbow, reducers sports and clamp, puddle flanges etc cutting chases and making good all as specified. Note : T&P required for fixing MS pipe shall deemed to be inclusive in the item quoted rates.

M&L for 40 mm dia butterfly valve in replacement of CI in Sewage treatment plant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing with satisfactory test & trial of three phase fully submersible non Clog sewage lifting pumps for sewage transfer from collection sump to main hole sewage line with pedastal base frame . Capacity 410 LPM (minimum), Head 18 Mtr (min), 5HP three phase complete with starter and submersible cable. (For MAP NCO's and JCO's sewage sump)

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing with satisfactory test & trial of three phase fully submersible non Clog sewage lifting pumps for sewage transfer from collection sump to main hole sewage line with pedastal base frame . Capacity 130 LPM (minimum), Head 16 Mtr (min), 1 HP three phase complete with starter and submersible cable. (For MAP Offr Qtr)

M&L in replacement circular floating type media specific gravity 0.9, cylindrical shape dia 22mm x16mm height, (approx 01 cum) black colour PVC in MBBR TANK (02 Nos) all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement Multi grade pressure sand filter media of FRP vessel filter size 1650x1875mm as per existing size to suit flow rate (10cum/hr) and filteration velocity(12cum/hr/sqm suitable for minimum working pressure 5kg/Cm2 including replacement of UPVC inlet/outlet pipe line 50mm dia with all fitting complete all specified and directed.

M&L in replacement Multi grade pressure ACF media of FRP vessel filter size 1650x1875mm as per existing size to suit flow rate (10cum/hr) and filteration velocity(12cum/hr/sqm suitable for minimum working pressure 5kg/Cm2 including replacement of UPVC inlet/outlet pipe line 50mm dia with all fitting complete all specified and directed.all specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of multi port valve suitablr for MGF/Activated carbon filter as per existing 50mm dia for back wash, filter, ringe etc with all fitting complete all specified and directed.

M &L for replacement of foot valve gun metal confirming to IS 4038 supplied and installed for CI/GI pipe in the water sump complete for the following sizes :-

(a) 80 mm dia

Supply and fixing in replacement of Dosing system Horizontal centrifugal with PP/PVC impeller, 200 lph @6m head, capacity 0-12 LPH complete with 100 ltrs PVC tank.

Taking out u/s water pressure meter gauge of any range and supply new Pressure Gauge of Range 0 to 35 Kg/Cm² including replacement of connection pressure pipe of suitable gauge, screwing water tubing welding nuts and making system functional complete.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of electronic type level indicator and controller for automatic operation of the system suitable for non clog sewage pump 2 HP with high/low level complete with auxillary NO/NC contacts incl taking down old existing level indicator.

Material and labour, Gunniting to existing RCC Chajja, facia, parapet, beams, landings and similar RCC members after removing all loose concrete & preparations of surface, application of derusting chemical such as Dr Fixit Rust Remover or equivalent, welding additional bars/welded steel wire fabric if found necessary, priming reinforcement bars with a coat of zinc primer of coating not less than 40 micron, provision of bonding agent with bonding material like Dr Fixit bonding agent and repair to external RCC structure with slurry light and steel/ply form work and shortcrete concrete of mixed 1:3:1 (one part of cement, three part of coarse sand and one part of 10mm and down aggregate) of minimum 50mm thick incl plastering 5 mm thick in CM mortar 1:3 all as specified in IS 9012-1978 (all priming and bonding epoxy based paint shall be of Dr Fixit epoxy zinc primer or equivalent) etc complete all as specified and directed, as below:- Note(s) : 1. The rates include for necessary formwork and scafolding etc. 2. Reinforcement and welded steel wire fabric will be measured and paid separately.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 78783.00
