M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming 20mm thick Expansion joints of slab thickness 200 mm filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 20mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out, complete all as specified

M&L for Excavation over areas n. exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil in MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450 mm Reinforced concrte pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars & rings and mass concrete or sub base.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggrgate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Material and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand ) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shallnot tomore than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of broken stone and boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole/drain cover slabs etc including necessary form work and set in cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spi-rally hooping for columns, hook-ing ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (an-nealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT mild steel bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to stone masonry wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonary finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement (un-reinforced) concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC (1 :4:8) type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS- 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed .

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 20 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes/tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any tpe) work (tablee rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cment (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old or previously treated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of new concrete or bitumen surfaces pavement of helipad/runway/taxi track/dispersal over 10 cm in width as lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc with applying two coats of acrylic water based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of old existing RCC bench and refixing in new position and making good with cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

Finishing concrete surface by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Type 'A' Aviation Obstruction light for Helipad/ Runway light LED 20 Watt, white colour, single phase AC supply, 50 Hz with operating temparature -10° C to +50° C with polycarbonate diffuser including MS body of height 300 mm with powder coated, black painting on base plate and yellow painting on remaining portion mounting on PCC block of 450 X 450 X 150 mm size with necessary cable connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L complete for wiring with cable of size 4.0 Sqmm single core copper multistrand conductor including continuous earth wire, using cable FRLS insulated (unsheathed) 1100 volts grade conforming to IS - 694 drawn in to and suitable for phenolic laminated sheet accessories for mounting switches, socket, brackets etc and including necessary cement work complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S & F for modular metal flush box 4 module including cutting of chasis and making good disturbed surfaces and rate deemed to included in quated rate complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 16 amps complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 and 16 amp flush type complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement of MCCB 100 Amp 4 Pole, 415 V, breaking capacity 16 KA with Microprocessor release including necessary fitting arrangement & testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay or fixing or passing in replacement through pipe cable XLPE (FRLS) with aluminium conductor with heavy duty stranded 1100 volts size of 25 Sqmm 4 Core. Note:- XLPE insulated PVC sheathing (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working pressure up to and including 1100 volts to IS-7098 (Part-I) for PVC insulated cables with following features (a) Cable shall have fire retarded low smoke (FRLS) compound added to it in the out sheathing as per IEC 754(part-I) IEC-60332 part-2 IFEE 383 ASTM 2x43 and ASTM 2X63 flame retardant compound (PR) as per EIC specification. (b) Inner sheathing shall be of extruded PVC. (c) Heat resisting PVC shall also be added to extrude inner and outer sheathing (d) Cable shall also be supplied with sequences hall marking at every meter as the outer sheathing. (e) Ultra violet radiation resistances compounded comprising ton ASTMG-53. (f) Anti rodent and ant termite compound added. (g) PVC compounds of various grades as IS-5831. (h) compaction conductors shall be shaped and arrangement for the same with be on the cable. Note:- (i) Each cable shall be tested for all applicable routine tests as per IS-5831,IS-7098 BS-6746,BS-5467 and IEC 60502 and test reports shall be provided to GE. Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable/foundation of pole and stay etc in complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks, locally available of size 23x11.5x7.5 CM (+_8% tolerance) in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above ground level from starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L complete for drilling hole under hard standing /road for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of mannual buckle and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI tube light grade 50 mm bore ISI marked , with all fitting and fixed complete walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed .
