S&F fabricated aluminum window with powder coated anodized aluminum frame of section 63.5mm x 38.10mm x1.5mm thick, shutter with section 47.62mmx44.45mmx1.5mm thick including aluminum anodized “D “ handle, hinges, peg stays, tower bolts, etc including jointing cleats for fixing builder's hardware fittings & stainless steel wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples including necessary fittings/fixture /aluminum snap beads etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Measurement shall be taken for clear opening i.e. out to out of window frame as a whole including all fittings and fixtures and nothing extra shall be paid separately.

S&F 6mm dia powder coated aluminium decco grill, (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), section No-104, 100mm aperture of hexagonal design and pattern as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L poweder coated aluminium anodised three way track sliding windows of frame size 92 mm x 31.75 mm x 1.5mm thickness (section no. 20831 of JINDAL) and of shutter size 40 mm x 18 (with 9.00 mm interlocking legs) x 1.45 mm thick (section no. 20737 of JINDAL) section (two shutter glazed, covering half of span of opening each & one shutter sketlon covering half of span of opening ) incl provn for making windows air tight, including 95mm aluminium handle with spring lock , stainless steel wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.4mm and fixed with steel wire stapples and 5mm thick plain glass including necessary fitting/ fixture/ aluminium snap beads etc complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement mortar plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth surface wihtout using extra cement on int wall of up to four stories bldgs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of OBD, white or tinted, over 3 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall and ceiling by mechanical means and applying water proof wall care putty to achieve even and smooth surface and then applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying water proof wall care putty to achieve even and smooth surface and then applying two or more coat 100% anti fungal acrylic emulsion exterior grade whether proof paint over and including one coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed. Make-: Asian Paints (Apex Ultima Protek)/Berger Paints (Weather Coat long life -10)/ Acro Paints (Acro Guard 3x Paint) Note -: Primer should be compatible with the paint.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the primess complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finished rough and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles jointless 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick in dado/ skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite(of any type) work(table rubbed and polished) cooking platform and like set in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite thickness of granite 18 to 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avg aparture 1.4mm and fitted with tinned tacks or galvanised wire stapple complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles jointless 300 x 300 x 7 to 8 mm thick , in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.00 sqm nexc 2.00 sqm each and refixing in same opening including easing and adjusting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation by complete removal of existing treatment , washing down and stopping of distempered and painted old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over & including a coat of wall care putty of 1 to 2mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F brass CP Wall mixer for mixing Hot and cold water screwed down for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick wall bult in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls n.exc 150 sq.cm including making good to the original surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out , returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC modular type kicthen frame with PVC laminated shutter including Piano type hinges, 02 Nos handle , 02 Nos Knob for each shutters and shelves alonwith all fittings and fixtures etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement Concrete Type B1, 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/ L-type or J type cranked hooks etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 mm thick wood plastic composites (WPC) board for partitions, 100% solid with density not less than 650 Kg per cubic meter , both side white finished laminated for exposed/external surface , fixed with screws fitted under or above the kitchen cooking platform and/or other platform including all necessary fittings and fixtures like nickle plated clip hinges, knobs, channels etc complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (a) Pattern & design of WPC board to be decided by GE. (b) Items like cupboard knobs, stainless steel channel, CP plate clip hinges shall be paid extra. (c) Locking arrangement shall be provided in rooms cupboard shutters. The unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be included for the same.

M&L for 18 mm thick wood plastic composites (WPC) board for shutters, 100% solid with density not less than 650 Kg per cubic meter , one side wood grain finished laminated for exposed/external surface , fixed with screws fitted under or above the kitchen cooking platform and/or other platform including all necessary fittings and fixtures like nickle plated clip hinges, knobs, channels etc complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (a) Pattern & design of WPC board to be decided by GE. (b) Items like cupboard knobs, stainless steel channel, CP plate clip hinges shall be paid extra. (c) Locking arrangement shall be provided in rooms cupboard shutters. The unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be included for the same.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other frames/chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of vigin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ricehusk/wheat husk) and non toxicadditives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 g,s) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed. Note : MS hold fast/hugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately.

Note:- For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be applicable.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60mm thick M-35 Grade.with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size yellow/red colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required and pinting in cement to, cutting not exc 10cm girth in brick walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Structural Steel in roof, purlins crane of angle or other section gusset plates, Flat Iron rails braces etc, drilled for fixing, and other covering r etc to be prepared for hanging and sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and other covering running rails and guides and hanging also fastening and fixing complete. Fe- 410 Grade E-250 quality -Bl complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or grith, not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick udaipur green marble single piece (table rubbed and polished) in step, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes :- (i) The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Sch of Credit of this Tender. (ii) If any item of same description in nature is found to be entered as "double in BOQ" and the bidder quotes different rates against same item, then the rate quoted on lower side shall be applicable and higher rate will not be allowed to be paid in any circumstances. No claims on this account shall be entertained on a later date.
