Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested (including CPRI type tested certified panel) LT Panel board ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door , plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. Supply, drawing, connecting & testing in replacement of 3 core, 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC rounded sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 1100 Volts gradde conforming to IS-694 in steel tubular pole from KIOSK box to light fittings including providing suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Door to be fixed by 03 Nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door bolt of 300mm long for locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for demolition of path /concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M & L for boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 50 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I (1991).

M&L for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 2 to 4 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M & L for painting of transformer installed on plinth/4/6 pole structures at various site of capacity upto 250 KVA with existing colour, with spraying machine, after cleaning, preparation of outer surface of transformer, including writing of SM No, MES and capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 11 KV HT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) 11 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover/bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover/bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 1100 Volt LT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover/bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover/bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.
