All as per Item item No 2 with comprising the following :- Incoming switchgears: (i) 2 No. of 250 Amp FP MCCB of 36 KA Breaking capacity. (ii) 1 No. change over switch ON load 250 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts Metering for incoming: (i) 2 No. Voltmeter of range 0-500V, and 6 Amps SP MCB back up . (ii) 2 No. Ammeter of range 0-250 A, with selector switch and 3 nos of associated C.T's of ratio 250/5 A of accuracy CL-I, 10VA burden. (iii) Two set of phase indicating lamps with 6 Amps SP MCB back up. Bus Bar: Electrolytic high conductivity aluminium three phase and neutral busbars rated at 400 amps, 50 KA, insulated with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeves& clip on shrouds for joints. Current density of Bus Bar to be 1.0 sq.mm / amp. Outgoings switchgears: (i) 4 nos of 125 A FP MCCB, 16 KA breaking capacity overcurrent & short circuit release along with ON/OFF/TRIP indication lamp with accessory. (ii) 2 nos Spare of 125 A FP MCCB, 16 KA breaking capacity overcurrent & short circuit release along with ON/OFF/TRIP indication lamp with accessory

Note for Srl item No 2 to 8 :- (i) The LT panel should be designed and manufactured by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM ) only and drawing shall approved by GE before manufacturing of the same. (ii) OEM will stand warranty of 02 years for complete design, supply and inspection upto site service support. (iii) All live accessible parts shall be shrouded with 1mm thick polycarbonate / 3 mm thick FRP sheet and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The busbar insulation shall be with heat shrinkable sleeves according to the colour code. SMC shrouds and busbar supports shall be used. (iv) All indication lamps shall be LED type. (v) 6A SP C Curve type MCBs shall be used as backup protections. (vi) All Incomer MCCBs shall be variable plug setting type with thermal magnetic up to 400 A rating and with microprocessor based releases above 400 A rating, line load reversibility, Ics = 100% Icu, & rotary handle. (vii) All Outgoing MCCBs shall be variable plug setting type with thermal magnetic line load reversibility, Ics = 100% Icu, & rotary handle. (viii) All MCCB shall be provided with Rotary handle, door interlocked and lockable in OFF position. (ix) All breaking Capacity for MCCB to be Ics=100%Icu and Icw for 1 sec. (x) Power cable entry from the top & Earth bus shall be part of the panel. (xi) All ammeter and Voltmeter should be programmable digital type.

S&F tap off box enclosure metal body type with provision of interlock to prevent removal when outgoing device is in ‘ON’ position and with provision of interlock to prevent turned 'ON' MCCB When the tap-off unit cover is ‘OPEN’, suitable for vertical aluminium busbar trunking upto capacity 800 Amps, 3 phase, 4 wire including suitable neutral link & glands and MCCB of ratings from 400 Amps, 4 pole, 36 kA, Ics=Icu Thermal magnetic release type complete must be compatible with existing BBT system complete all as per site requirement & as directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F tap off box enclosure metal body type with provision of interlock to prevent removal when outgoing device is in ‘ON’ position and with provision of interlock to prevent turned 'ON' MCCB When the tap-off unit cover is ‘OPEN’, suitable for vertical aluminium busbar trunking upto capacity 800 Amps, 3 phase, 4 wire including suitable neutral link & glands and MCCB of ratings from 250 Amps, 4 pole, 36 kA, Ics=Icu Thermal magnetic release type complete must be compatible with existing BBT system complete all as per site requirement & as directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 120 sqmm x 3.5 Core in trench/ on pole/ in duct complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. The cost of required thimbles / clamps / fastner and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it.

All as per srl item No 11 here-in-before but 300 sqmm x 3.5 Core.

M&L in replacement of plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below norm al ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of clear coal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and revetted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipments etc, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate to body of equipment fixed with and including 32 x 6 mm flat iron clamps,bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth plate to ground level for watering complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation & earth work, etc as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate included for Adequate quantity of charcoal dust, common salt and Testing commissioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Rates for Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 metre will deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

M & L for 32x6mm galvanised iron strip as Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required & complete as specified.
