M&L for APP based polymeric membrane plain finish minimum weighting 3 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over one coat of 85/25 bitumen @1.2 kg/sqm and paste the membrane with torching method and again apply a coat of 85/25 bitumen @ 1.2 kg/sqm at overlapping joints over 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 all as specefied and directed

S & F for PCC Roof /Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) laid on 15 mm thick cement moter in 1:4 and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface all as specefied and directed

Demolition of old damaged existing water proofing compound on RCC roof of any description in any position and specification and cleaning the surface thoroughly and removing materials from site of work and providing the following works :- (a) Over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with WPC (200ml per 50kg of bag cement) all as specified and directed. (b) . Applying evenly a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm. (c) Applying APP modified polymeric membrane over the bitumen coat surface ,weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm and over lap 100mm and sealed by torch application as per manufacture instructions. (d) Sealing edges well into grooves & protect with CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed. (e) Applying aluminium paint @ 200 gm/sqm in two coats over polymeric membrane at non approachable roof all as specified and directed

M&L for surface Preparation: The surface to receive the treatment shall be thoroughly free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material. It should be made free of any sharp objects. Cleaning of PCC/plaster surface shall be done with wire brushing to attain smooth levelled surface. Cracks shall be rectified, filled using dual shrinkage compensated Repair Mortar and dried for 72 hours before laying the liquid applied membrane. Grout: Providing Chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the construction joint and cracked portion at 1m c/c by injecting cement slurry mixed with dual shrinkage compensated cementitious grout Injection grout additive, in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with instant setting cement. Angle fillets/Coving: Providing and making of fillet, 50mm x 50mm on sharp corner of terrace with cement sand polymer mortar (add “multipurpose mortar”, 10% by weightofcement). First apply the bonding coat of Multi-Purpose Polymer 5-10% diluted in water and add to cement slurry. Apply the bonding slurry and apply the polymer mortar over the sharp edges complete all as specified and directed. Note: Grouting will be done when and where ever required. Treatment of pipe entry points: Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC /MS Pipe by roughening using suitable Sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Packing the gap using free flowable non shrink cement polymer based grout up to the surface of the bore while the bonding agent is in tacky state. the periphery of PVC pipe should be sealed with Hybrid PU Sealant or dual shrinkage compensated Micro concreteNote: Will be done when and where ever required Application of Asian Paints two component Epoxy Primer (Resin & Hardener) on the cleaned surface for bonding of Polyurethane with the existing concrete surface. 33 % water dilution is recommended with the pure mixed primer. The primer mixing ratio will be 1:3(Resin:Hardner) Supplying, providing and applying waterproofing treatment to Podium area with single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have a dual combination of 280% elongation. Material coverage 1.2kg /sq.mt.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, 75mm thick, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed including removal of debris out side MoD land. The work shall be carried out upto sixth storey height of buildings.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, rendering finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as on ceiling and finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered / previously untreated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats on walls of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces with preparationcomplete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats on ceiling surface of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces with preparationcomplete all as specified.

M&L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry (white/with pigment to match existing surafe) on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 marble powder : 2 marble chipping (one or more colour) 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the marble chippings complete all as specified including complete removing existing grit plaster. (Payment for providing grooves shall be made seperately). (Note :- Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to 6th storiess building and deploy skilled labourers to execute the work) including demolition of existing finished and remove all debries out of MoD land.

M&L for preparation of exposed surface of rusted steel reinforcement with metal wire brush cleaning the rusted surface free from loose rust and application of rust remover cum passivator applied with brush to the rusted reinforcement, application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paaper and thoroughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry at all heights level complete including dismantling/ chipping off spalled/loose concrete cover of RCC surface of chajjas, parapets, railings, beams, columns and the like with out disturbing the core of RCC member with necessary scaffolding/form work required for completion of work upto sixth storey height including all safety factor.. Note :- Surface area of steel reinforcement bars shall only be measured for the purpose of payment only.

M&L for Preparation of surfaces of steel reinforcement by cleaning thoroughly and providing, mixing and applying zinc-anti-rust agent as zink rich epoxy anticorrosive coating for corrosion protection system in two coats @ 0.20 kg/sqm/coat. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength 1 N/ sq mm according to ASTM C 882-78. and as per manufacturers method of application to rebar corrosion protection system to reinforcement at all height levels. Note :- Surface Area of steel reinforcement bar shall only be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strata surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairly rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polymer modified cement bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete/masonry surface with 1 part of Sika latex with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight. Coverage Sika latex 0.25 kg/sqm for one coat at all heights levels. Adhesive bond strength not less than 2.5 MPa including chipping of the loose concrete all as specified & directed .

M&L for rebuilding the section of structutal damaged spalled concrete or RCC elements to its original size or as per recommendations by engineer-in-charge in thickness up to 40mm in layers of 20 mm each of average thickness 30mm by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber reinforced cementitious polymer modified mortar having compressive strength = 50 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength = 5N/ mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79 all as specified & directed .The work shall be carried out upto sixth storey height of buildings including all safety factor.

M& L for fixing rebar of required length & diameter for structural connection in RCC slab, Baems and similar situations including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain concrete upto depth minimum 100 mm or as per manufacturers specification, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy Arcylate based anchoring adhesive at all heights and levels, 16 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 12 mm dia reinforcement bars all as specified & directed ..

M& L for fixing rebar of required length & diameter for structural connection in RCC slab, Baems and similar situations including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain concrete upto depth minimum 100 mm or as per manufacturers specification, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy Arcylate based anchoring adhesive at all heights and levels, 14 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 10 mm dia reinforcement bars all as specified & directed ..

M& L for fixing rebar of required length & diameter for structural connection in RCC slab, Baems and similar situations including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain concrete upto depth minimum 100 mm or as per manufacturers specification, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy Arcylate based anchoring adhesive at all heights and levels, 12 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 08 mm dia reinforcement bars.

S&F additional reinforcement for strengthening the existing RCC structure, TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

S&F TMT bars 5 mm dia up to and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips including Ü"shape stirrups with necessary welding required at site complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying Micro-concrete cement based pre-packed single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality. The unit rate shall include the cost of form work for providing micro concrete as required at site with steel jack system and steel props to support the form work in this application of high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated, micro concrete for placing in nominal thickness of 50 mm to 150 mm for concrete repair as in chajjas,balcony beams, parapets/railing complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition in machinical process of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, or sub floors foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in top surface of floor with and including use and waste of form work and to divide the area in panels and finishing the surface broom finish all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand all as specefied and directed

M&L for cement concrete chequered PU coated tiles 300x300x25 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces as in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge and thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based steel sheet with approved profile and 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise described complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, post, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framingetc (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars,barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, tank cage, railings and similar work confirming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel and iron surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surfaces over 10 cm width of girth.

M&L for Dismantling floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured walls tiles 450x300mm, 6/7mm thick, for works on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados of 1st quality , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair as in backing layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) coloured , area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, of 1st quality , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 9mm thick in light shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 9mm thick in light shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in skirting laid on 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar at any position

M&L brick work with old size sub class B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:4 (work incl parapet walls, manhole, drain etc)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roof, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work as specified including removal out side MoD land complete all as specified. S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) sliding type three track (02 glazed shutters and 01 gauzed shutter) window with sliding shutter and frame with and including aluminium grill, 5 mm thick tinted glass and mosquito proofing net as detailed below complete all as specified and directed: - (i) Frame section 116.0 x 25.0 x 1.40 mm, section No. . 21032 for top and sides rails and 116.0 x 25.0 x 1.40 mm for bottom rail, section No. 20798. S&F Aluminium power coated decorative grill of approved colour with 6.3mm thick aluminium section and 80X80mm openings and anodized aluminium 'U' shape channel frame work around the grill for openable type with necessary fittings and locking arangement including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium ventilation/louvers frame section of 65x44x1.5mm thick including 4 mm thick 75mm wide grouted glass trip fixed in to the grooves in the half frame ang half portion fixed with figured glass complete fixed with rawal plug and screw or wire expansion hold fasteners.

M&L for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions

S&F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landing, cover slab, manhole cover etc including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required,including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chipping out spilled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforcement of concrete column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and the like as directed up to 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforcement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guniting mix using one part of OPC 43 grade and two part of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out up to 10 metre height) complete as directed at site Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition,guniting is done with polycretes admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycretes admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

M&L uprooting grass/ plants (girth n.exc 15 cm of trunk to any of plants)grown along the pipes or walls, chajjas, parapets and roof or any othder location on the building upto sixth storey height including making good the surface as per existing surface and pouring acid not less than 100 ml for each plant in the roof to avoid further growth as directed. with necessary scaffolding/form work required for completion of work upto sixth storey height including all safety factor

Comprehensive maint of Solar panel light upto 50 watt ,220 V ,50 hz including cleaning of panel surface by soft spongy cotton , checking seals ,checking of cracks in wire, checking battery condition by openeing the panel complete all as specified and directed . Note : 1. minor parts like nut bolts ,cleaner liquid /soap , cotton etc included in the quoted rate . 2. Major parts such as battery , solar panel , diodes , controller , LED light etc will be paid separately . Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring ( fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets,Light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of point wiring with PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 V grade including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly,in new casing capin suitable to place under wall panneling and its accessories, including replacement of factory made steel boxes(6mm thick) suitable for modular switch/sockets including modular plates of suitable size as per site requirement for the following Note:if Cutting & cashing required shall be measured/paid under relevant items complete all as specified and directed.

One light/ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch 6 amps.

One bell / buzzer point controlled by one bell push

One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet point controlled by one way switch on independent board.

One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet point controlled by one way switch on same board.

All as per item No 83 above but point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm single core copper cable and earth continuity wire with 2.5 Sqmm single core cable for one three pin 16 socket outlet point on independent board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of submain wiring including taking out conduit pipe of any description and of any size complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement driver of warm/natural white LED luminaire 2x2 ft 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED lights fitting 1x 24 W, 220V, AC warm / natural white decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core lexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete complete all as specified and directed.
