Supply and topping up/replaced transformer oil conforming to IS : 335 and withstand dielectric strength of 60 KV (when tested with 2.5 Gap electrode) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and commissioning of HT XLPE cables, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, earthed, electric power cable with Aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade, 3 Core, 240 Sq.mm cross sectional area laid in trenches / fixed on poles including taking up/down old cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work,excavation,cable covers and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel by brushing/cleaning stain, greasy spots with thinner, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray machine on all sides of 11 KV VCB panel/RMU including writing of MES /SM No and details of feeder as directed by Engr-in-charge on graphic plastic sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Locating electrical faults and repair work in HT-LT side of the transformer, VCB whenever any fault arises at Salaria officers Enclave area, making complete supply system functional dully rectifying and repair work complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Whenever any breakdown reported the Contractor will have to take immeadiate action and send skilled Technecian immediately on site. (b) Any parts required to be replaced during repair work shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F in repair of High voltage insulation mats (ISI Marked) as per IS-15652 of size 02m X 01 m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator for HT UG Cable of 11000 Volts bolted with 40 x 6 mm flat iron member of height 0.60 mtr, and 80 mm dia CI plate embedded in PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C2 of size 20 x 20 x 30 cm block complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical servicing to 11KV HT RMU (3 ways) any type make- Crompton Greaves model Sabre complete including the following:- (a) Disconnecting the 11 KV line from RMU. (c) Opening the RMU and replacmenet the unserviceable part as required at site. (b) Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward or clock wise and anty clock wise movement of breaker. (d) Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact, busbar,cable boots with the CTC solution and greasing/oiling the parts where requied or as directed. (e) Tighting the all loose parts and testing complete as directed by EIC. (f) Repair the door/lock incl welding and painting and replacement of lock/handle Note- (i) Replacing new items shall be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Other part which is not included but requierd for functioning of equipment is included in the quoated rate. (iii) Remove the moisture from RMU by heating (iv) The above job to be carried out by engineer of authorised dealer/service centre of concerned manufacturer. (vii) Painting with the approved coloure after preperationg of old surface as directed.

Maintenance,Servicing,cleaning,Vaccum circuit breaker unit 11KV of capacity 630A, make CG,racking out from panel / opening of the VCB for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning & servicing ,greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and Calibration and testing of 11KV VCBs indoor type along with control panel and control wiring,protection system and Calibration of relays by injecting high voltage/ current in primary / secondary side as required for check the triping mechanism complete including rectification of defects noticed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of CT 11KV suitable for VCB Panel Indoor type 12 KV 630 amp,350 MVA(incoming) , 11 KV HT VCB make CG complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation of, PCC blocks etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F danger notice plate of size 25x20cm & 1.6mm thick, mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamp, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of Digital/electronic Amp meter up to 630 Amp suitable for upto 440V Control Panel dully fixing in existiing LT Panel with necessary arrangement/Hylum Sheet as required including taking down old UNSV meter complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surface removing of rust from any kind of steel surface, clamps, TFR fencing etc for of any description and repainting by 1st quality Synthetic enamelled paint 1 coat over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L Cleaning /servicing of LT distribution Panel , after Checking the incoming and outgoing connections from MCCB/ Bus bar and replacing the old burnt/ overheated unserviceable lugs, terminals, nuts, bolts, washers supporting insulators etc and checking the serviceability of MCB / MCCB, earth continuity conductor and strip etc complete all as specified. Dully blowing out all unwated dust etc with high pressure air blower and painting complete Panel with existing colour after cleaning at Substation Salaria and Transformer Destribuition Panel complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cleaning /servicing of APFC Panel , after Checking the incoming and outgoing connections from MCCB/ Bus bar and replacing the old burnt/ overheated unserviceable lugs, terminals, nuts, bolts, washers supporting insulators etc and checking the serviceability of Capacitor Bank/ APFC relay/ CTs etc and making functional all ammeater and voltmeter, earth continuity conductor and strip etc complete all as specified and painting complete Panel with existing colour after cleaning complete all as specified and directed and repai/replacement of following parts:-

M & L for construction of fire point having a platform as per standard design/ size and height, constructed in brick work in 1:4 cement mortar, and rendering 15mm thick on brick masonry surfaces in 1:4, plain cement concrete flooring with PCC as per zonal specifications, including roof covering in hut shape with 0.80mm thick plain galvanised iron sheet with angle iron 50x50x6mm and flat iron 40x60mm, fire point shall be painted in red colour synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surfaces having "FIRE POINT" word on top of roof covering in white colour synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified. Note: Cost of following equipments/ accessories shall also be deemed inclusive in quoted rate: (a) 02 Nos. of fire extinguishers, discharge Carbon-di-oxide type, having 140Kg/Sqcm working pressure, ISI marked 6.50 Kg capacity with hose pipe, conforming to IS-2873, complete in all respect to working in any emergency situation and working temperature upto +60 degree centigrade.
