S & F in repair ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float & flynut complete screwed for Iron pipe or brass ferrule of 20 mm dia and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm bore gun matel globe or gate valves with iron wheel, screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 25 mm bore gun matel globe or gate valves with iron wheel, screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, raking out joints locking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement (incl new brick work) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 marble powder : 2 marble chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the marble chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note: Payment for providing grooves shall be made seperately Note :- Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building and deploy skilled labourers to execute the work

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under laying including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the grooves all round as per approved pattern. The groove shall be finished with two coats of bitumenous paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying 1.50 mm (average thickness) wall care putty on walls to bring the surface even smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, colour as approved by engr in charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates chequered (Fe-410 -W(Gde E-250) quality-B) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment including all required assesseries complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces, of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any type of sheet, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company complete all as specified and directed. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. All as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge, Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, railing and the like as directed without disturbing the core of RCC member, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with and allowed to dry, including application of rust removal cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement (and removing rust with flex after 24hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper) and also applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufactures method of application to re bar corrosion protection system to reinforcement surface of steel reinforcement with existing reinforcement as directed wherever required binding RCC 100mmx100mm (10 gauge welded mesh) & tack welding after that applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface with 1 part of sika latex or equivalent in Forsoc/BASF/Dr Sunanda with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight, coverage of sika latex shall not be more than 0.25 Kg/Sqm for one coat. Adhesive bond strength not less that 2.5 mpa, After this, providing 40mm (average thickness) guiniting mix @ pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqcm with anti corrosion admixture (using 1 part of ordinary potland cement 43 grade and 2 part of Ghagger sand mixed with adhesive /admixture at the rate as per manufacturer instruction and as directed) including stripping floting with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary, formwork and scaffolding, complete surface of guiniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in cement 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement cleaning and removing of waste material etc as directed at site complete all as specified and directed. M & L for hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length, bent to shape required of mild steel wire mesh / welded mesh and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia binding wire S & F in reinforcement weight not exceeding 4.00 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed

Dismantlling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using roller brush on walls over a coat of primer and over incl one coat of 1.50mm thick putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surfaces of wall scrapping by machanical means and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using roller brush over a coat of primer and over incl one coat of Birla putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surfaces of ceiling scrapping by machanical means and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using roller brush, over a coat of primer and over incl one coat of 1.50mm thick putty complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks,etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for shafts, cesspits, manholes pier holes, foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, includingspreading, levelling, wateringand well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm on soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing out side the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles/ paver block of any description or thickness in floors/walls, aprons etc laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for laying of machine pressed precast concrete inter locking pavers block retrieved from dismatling, over 40mm thick sand cushioning (Sand shall be measured as supply only) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sand for laying of pavers complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work described in item Nos from 1 to 58 shall be executed in bldgs up to (G+3 floor) hence the contractor shall make scaffolding arrangements (only steel scaffolding is allowed), trestles, ladders etc and hessian clothes for protection & all other safety precautions up to 04 storeys of buildings and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Note :- Removing building materials /debris / old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type etc. to a distance of 5km or beyond out side MOD Land. Note :- Arrangement of any required machinery / tools required for removing debris from terrace to ground and then remove to outside MOD land, will be made by the contractor and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Safety measures for workers to be ensure by the contractor. Note :- Before commencement of work, The contractor will ensure that water supply from water tanks to the respective quarters should not interrup during execution of work, For the same the cost for any required fitting / accessories is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.
