Disconnecting existing tanks of cap 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lower ing if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required re- connecting and re-fixing in position and Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

S&F in repair 1000 Ltrs capacity, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I, including 20mm ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed to 20 mm as specified.

S & F in repair 500 ltr capacity three layer white colour rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling old water tank fixed to 20 mm bore steel tube and dismantling existing water tank and removing and all as specified.

M&L for chipping out spilled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforement of concrete column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and the like as directed upto 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforecement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guiniting mix using one part of OPC 53 grade and two part of gaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guiniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out upto 10 metre height) complete as directed at site Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforecement all concrete surfaces shall be throughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition,guiniting is done with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycrete admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. Note rate quoted up to G+3 bldg including scaffolding

M&L providing and applying the plaster with single component ready to use repair mortar (SMART CARE REPAIR MORTAR or equivalent) capable of applying 15mm average thickness in single layer and finishing with trowel with a bond coat: SBR polymer (@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement/Sqm of surface area mixed with specified portion of AP SMARTCARE or equivalent Repair Polymer including taking down existing roof treatment of any type and also taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., to receive further treatment, complete all as specified land as directed. Note: The application shall be executed on any type of surface and on horizontal/Vertical areas.

M&L providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary [coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for item Nos 8 & 9: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted by contractor within 7 days after opening of Financial Bid. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item Nos 8 & 9 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided.

S&F Mild steel work as in compound girders and stanchions, latticegirders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and like including caps bases, splices etc built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates or pipe section including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates etc..(Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality-A)

Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm bore, and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store in repairs complete all as specified.

S & F 15 mm bore, steel water tubing, medium grade, galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid into floor in repairs complete all as specified.

Refixing only 15 mm water tubes, any grade, to walls and ceilings or laying in floors in repairs complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm bore, and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store in repairs complete all as specified.

S & F 20 mm bore, steel water tubing, medium grade, galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid into floor in repairs complete all as specified.

Refixing only 20 mm water tubes, any grade, to walls and ceilings or laying in floors in repairs complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above gd level).

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 , as in ceiling, finsihed the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on any face fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finsihed the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L three coats white wash on ceiling undecorated surfaces including prepration of newly plastere surfaces.

M&L three coats white wash on wall undecorated surfaces including prepration of newly plastere surfaces.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in hard standing laid in alternate bays Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down gear operated rolling shutter for repairs of area n. exc. 8sqm and of any thickness of laths including top cover, spring and shaft, gear box with rod, side guide channels etc and refixing in its original positionafter necessary repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

All as per Sr item No. 26 herein before but rolling shutter of area exc 8sqm but n. exc. 30sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Taking down gear operated rolling shutter of any area and any thickness of laths including top cover, spring and shaft, gear box and rod, side guide channels etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S&F gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle steel rolling shutters (lath thickness 1.25 mm ) without ball bearing, as specified incl. top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamal paint to new steel surfaces of any discription over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described incl preparation.

M&L one coats of synthetic enamal paint to old painted steel surfaces of any discription over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described incl preparation.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 laid to achieve slope with two coat of polymer modified waterproofing comound mixed (1:2) with cement slurry @500gm per sqm as per manufacturer instruction in sunken portion of toilets finished even and smooth without extra cement and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1:20 kg per sqm and applying one layer of 0.5mm thick fibre tissue and final layer of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 2kg per sqm including getting out complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface in sunken portion all as directed and specified.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes double socket in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls 75mm mm dia ,in four storey building complete all as specified Make prince

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) junction double,(double T , 75 mm bore ), equal or unequal complete, including jointing with solvent cement.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 X 400 mm including fixing with brackets exclusive of fixing of supply and waste pipe and 32 mm chromium plate waste fitting with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts complete all as specified.

Supply only for PVC valve less syphonic action type low level flushing cistern white of capacity 10 Ltrs with inlet valve float and fixed to water closet with PVC flushing pipe 32mm dia complete all as specified.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete type B-O, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded agg ) as in sub flooring.

M&L Non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile n. exc. 0.11 Sqm but exc. 0.18 Sqm, in wall,skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slury & pointed in coloured cement to match laid over a 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tile incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles and rubbish out of premises, all as specified.

M & L for Non skid 600x600x8 to 10mm thick coloured ceramic tiles as in floor over hacking surface of existing floor on 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including pointing in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 44 above but 10mm thick on rendering surface in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces of wall as in skirting including taking down of existing skirting on walls complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles dark shed 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match on 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm and 450x350x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces of wall as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 all as directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion 2.25ltr per RM including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing apron complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment along the internal wall & floors at point of contact or wood work by using chemical emulsion 0.50Ltrs/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle 45degree at 150mm centre to centre seasling the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.
