M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in roof padding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajjas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Make: SmartCare Damp Proof of Asian Paints or equivalent in Berger and Nerolac. Notes: (1) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (2) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (3) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. (4) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of Eight years in favour of the GE. A sum equivalent to 2.5% (Two point Five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor’s dues as security deposit. The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposit receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in favour of Garrison Engineer.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cmx 22mm thick, with grey cement and no pigments machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, over and including 20mm cement screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone Aggregate) as in bed blocks for gola, hold fast, coping bedding rounded or chamfered complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of Vegetation from approachable/unapproachable roof of block and surrounding walls/chajjas by cutting shrubs, wild growth/tree not exc 30cm girth and removing complete vegetation growth from walls including taking out roots from roof/brick walls and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 or CM 1:3 as directed and disposing the rubbish beyond MD land complete all as specified and directed

Cutting and taking out plants, tree roots from Md Accn bldgs in any position and height and treated with necessary chemical/acid to avoid for this growth and making good the disturbed portion with PCC 1:2:4 type BO including finishing etc complete all as directed and specified. (Note: The cost of scaffolding required for repairs is deemed to be in the quoted rate by the Contractor).

S & F 2 to 3 mm thick fibre Glass Reinforced Translucent plain/corrugated sheeting with additional reinforcement of chicken mess with L, of J hooks. Fixed to walls or roof surface including dismentling of existing sheeting of any type complete ass as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work surface in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair with using Water Proofing Liquid’. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in floors/pavings /plinth protection etc, finished even and fair including joint filling with mastic etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work surface in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair with using Water Proofing Liquid’. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L for 50mm thick sand cushion/Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 60mm thick Coloured cement concrete interlocking paver blocks hydraulically pressed of compressive strength not less than M-35 grade including dismantling old paver tiles etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Coloured Machine pressed cement concrete chequered tiles 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and pointed with white cement and pigment over and uincluding 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) complete including dismentling of old tiles all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of old / new surface or complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of old decorated external surfaces of walls, pillers, cornices etc by scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts , trading oil and greasy spots and including cracks/holes in surface filling with white putty and applying a layer of water proof wall care putty, again sand papering thus making surface even & smooth and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint the surface for painting of subsequent quotes complete all as specified and as directed

M&L preparation of old/ new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer on external surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment & applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of cement primer all as specified & directed.

Sanding of the putty surface with Asian Paints or equivalent as per list of makes Tru Care Wall Sander: L-01/H-01(having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour on wall/ceiling surface complete all as specified.

Providing and applying two coats of smooth acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish(interior grade) having voc less than 50 grams per ltr complying leed criteria @ 1ltrs (undiluted)/10Sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat. Allow 6-8hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes etc by skilled labour on wall/ceiling surface complete all as specified.

M&L Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of plain or corrugated AC sheeting any gauge thickness as in roof covering, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old wood surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as Specified and directed.

S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 lts capacity, triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia PTMT ball valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed including taking out existing unserviceable overhead tank of any position including taking down old damage and any description complete.

S&F steel water tubing galvanised 15mm bore medium grade fixed to walls, roof and on ceiling surfaces , and including taking up or down old steel tubing 15 mm bore and connecetions in any postion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing galvanised 20 mm bore medium grade fixed to walls, under floors and on ceiling surfaces and including taking up or down old steel tubing 20 mm bore and connecetions in any postion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 complete including dismantling of existing all as specified and directed.

M & L Ceramic tiles (colour & digital with design as approved by Engr-in-Charge) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 complete including dismantling of exisiting tiles all as specified and directed.

All as specified in item as above tiles but on vertical surface such as in skirting/dado etc but over coat of 10mm thick rendering CM (1:4) inclduing dismantling existing tiles with cement mortar bedding but no backing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for wall tiles of size area 450x350x7 to 8mm thick on vertical surfaces of wall such as skirting, dados , etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match and over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and after dismantling old tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L 10mm thick polymer modified readymix cement base plaster as per manufacturer instruction on fair / unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even & fair as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed.
