Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor/plinth or tie beam/lintel, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, copings over wall, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

M & L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square or rectangular rough finished surfaces of concrete laid flat complete all as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item above but Ms tie bars 8mm dia and over upto and including 8mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 Design Mix using 20mm graded agg as in footings, plinth beam and bases of columns complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 Design Mix using 20mm graded agg as in beams,lintle/plinth bands cantilevers, Copings over wall bressumers, lintel over 1.5m clear span supported on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 Design Mix using 20mm graded agg as in columns , piers posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings or view cutter on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces and finished even and fair in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plaster external wall and ceiling surfaces of and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Coloured Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size (Two colour combination) conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry in floor/path complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 20 mm thick granite (Z black colour) of any type work table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in over and incl 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab , notching and moulding complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work in CM 1:6 using Sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6mmean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern (groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove) complete including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified. (Note : Rate for making groove shall be deemed included in unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made for this item)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, security grill over boundary wall (ornamental/designer type), gates, barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. (No extra pament shall be paid for ornamental/designer pattern grills, The same shall be included in the quoted rates)

M & L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.
