M&L for preparation of plastered/unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of white chalk whiting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc incl taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @3Kg/Sqm incl 20mm thick screeding in Cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth and M&L for preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethane modified acrylic roofing system, co elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethane and fully fibre reinforced, having Sun Reflectivity index (SR) of 109 on top of concrete roof surfaces. All cracks up to 3mm at corner joints, channel and parapets should be treated with crack seal. Applying three coats including one coat of primer of ShaliUrethane BTD/ Sikalastic 560/ smart care damp proof-ultra having coverage @ min 0.75kg/m2 and dilution up to 10% and laying reinforced fiber net and applying two coats (without dilution) of shaliUrethane BTD/Sikalastic 560/smart care damp proof ultra @ total consumption 2 kg/m2 in two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx 350%. The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge/Consultant (Note :6 Hrs interval between two coat will be maintained). All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system.Make: STP/Sika/Asian paint or equivalent as approved by GE. Note:- (i) The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However, contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster over the concrete / brick roof surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 kg of cement bag, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing additive shall be measured and paid separately.

Roughening of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water, fanning dust etc and taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kilogram of cement per square metre including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid WPC @ 200ml per 50 kg of cement bag finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under the respective Item.

M&L for priming the roof surface with bitumenous primer @ 0.4 litres / Sqm and applying a coat of semi hot blown 85 / 25 grade bitumen @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm and thereafter supply and laying Polymeric membrane 3.00mm, five layered, of weight not less than 3.50 Kg per Sqm with centre layer core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethylene film and bonded completely to the surface with overlap of 10cm (overlap to be thermo fused by frame) followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85 / 25 grade bitumen @ 0.7 Kg / Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 Kg / Sqm and applying a coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done through a specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed by engaging local labour.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters(without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm and remove from site as directed and specified.

All as per the description of srl item No 10 above here-in-before but exceeding 1.5. sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each and -ditto- complete

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shuter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails & MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement of stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail, on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail & panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/Sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per complete all as specified.

S&F solid door frame 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete.all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium door of approved design complete all as specified/directed with all fixing arrangement including providing and fixing door handle, tower bolts, mortice lock 6 lever (Make - Harrison/Godrej) one on each door and floor door spring for alu door (one No for each shutter), aluminium anodized tower bolts 200mm long (03 Nos on each shutters) and 5mm thick tinted glass of selecteed quality not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane along with aluminium glazing beading of size 19.00mm x 17.5mm x 0.70mm @ weight of 0.097 Kgs per RM including rubber gasket on both side complete alongwith neoprene lining. The member shall be made out of extruded aluminium section comprising of :- Note:- Size of the door shall be as per site requirement.

Door frame of size 95.25mm x 44.50mm x 1.70mm @ 1.301 Kg/RM.

Shutter vertical member 85 x 44.50 x 1.56mm @ 1.39 Kg per RM

Shutter top member 83.50 x 44.50 x 1.54mm @ 1.139 Kg per RM.

The actual measurement shall be taken and cost of wastage shall be included in the quoted rates, the above sections should be of make as specifed in list of make. The contractor is at liberty to choose high section from approved make with minor variation in sizes and weight as approved. However nothing extra shall be paid for over size and over weight section also.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick in walls etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and also backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles colored tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and also backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick square/rectangular light shade texture polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floor etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of the tile including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6 over and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and also backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets/ metal/aluminium ceiling frame complete all as specified and directed

M/L exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 x 600mm grid and 6mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm for flase ceiling including hanger 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab/truss by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40mm x 3mm size 60mm long and hinging arrangement and making good at surface all as specified and directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed
