M&L 15 mm thick layer of screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces of roofs surface finished even and fair mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L Applying a coat of approved bituminious primer @0.25 ltr/Sqm and allow to dry conforming to IS: 3384-1965 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying bonding coat with one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25@1.2Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) laid on by torch forced application.The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm overlap on all vertical surfaces/dado/parapets etc and sealing the overlaps by heating and fusing the layer of asphalt and melting the protective plastic film complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Precast cement concrete tiles type B-1, 1:2:4 (10mm to 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) size 300x300x20 to 22mm thick as in slab flooring laid over 20mm CM 1:4, and pointed in cement mortar 1:3.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, for inserting APP membrane and other works 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of grooves and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling false ceiling, boarding any type on wall / ceiling, aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture having 7 to 8 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, for all heights as per specifications, drawings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Framed work of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) of size exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm and making good to distrubed surface without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made prepolished chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 300mm x 300mm x 20 to 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor, mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl pillasters and cornices etc. incl washing, rubbing down and stoping the previously treated surfaces and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper of approved shade/tint over and including one coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty to achieve smooth finish complete all as specified & directed.

S&F vertical venetian blinds consisting of Aluminium head rail with vanes/louvers/flip cover 100 mm wide of approved tint/shade and traverse cord fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In -charge.

M&L for repairing of soffit and sides of RCC slab/chajja ,RCC projection, facia, bands, shelves, beams, RCC railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any situation (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement with weld mesh of weight not less than 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing 1st coat of 20 to 25mm thick in cm 1:3 finished rough and finishing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Unit rate of this items includes the cost of scaffolding, form work, necessary water proofing agent etc and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation upto any height. (ii) The measurement of finished plaster of 2nd coat provided on surface in sqm shall be the mode of measurement aganst this item.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including pillasters and cornices etc including washing, rubbing down and stoping the previously treated surface and applying two coat of acrylic exterior emulsion paint superior quality over and including a coat of water based primer (tint and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome/red oxide primer including preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar or laid dry etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Polished Granite stone flooring with 16 to 18 mm thick stone slab machine cut as in flooring bedded , in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all as per patterns laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rounding of edges, chamfering work, moulding work, rubbing, curing and polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite Stone work 16 to 18 mm thick machine cut of any colour and shade as in skirting/dado, wall lining on garden walls, on vertical surfaces and similar work over and including 10 mm thick rendering of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement admixed with pigment of matching shade including rounding of edges, chamfering work, moulding work, rubbing, curing and polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) for sub bases of floor, mass concrete finished even and rough to receive topping layer completed all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 7.5 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 75 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Factory made Rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block (coloured),pre polished of any shape and size with white cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick sand cushioning fully compacted by watering and providing gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in seismic and other similar bands, shelves, copings, bed plates, hold fasts, plinth courses, chajjas, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, filling in pressed steel frame and the like finished fair and even including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick/concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces brick work or concrete work, finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick works or concrete work finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling new or old brick works or concrete work finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including all cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion apex paint (weather proof) of approved tint / shade(s) over and including one coat of water based alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls/soffits/ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper(white or tinted) over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including of 2mm thick wall care putty (in two caots of 1mm thick each coat) to give an even finished smooth , complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top,bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle,Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless Toughened glass door shutter of approved including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing including required door fittings such as SS fancy type handles, SS mortice complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12mm thick Toughned glass work as in partitions opening, serving counters, windows opening,and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required anf fixed using SS fancy type clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F designer glass film of approved pattern 25 micron reflective type with designer etching, LOGO of labs etc and similar work sticked to glass panes of doors, windows, partitions etc as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Debris/ demolished materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to outside Mod land from 5KM upto 20KM lead at municipal dumping ground complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made 18 mm thick single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid coloured board Jali, CNC (Computer numeric control) routed of approved design by Engineer-in-charge which are machine cut for duct/ shaft covering, partitions and facades comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers and non toxic additives having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with properties of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made 18 mm thick single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid color board CNC (Computer numeric control) routed of approved design by Engineer-in-charge which are machine cut for wall mounted cupboards and bathroom/kitchen cabinets etc partitions and facades comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers and non toxic additives having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with properties of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) 12mm thick solid board for wall mounted cupboards, work stations and bathroom/kitchen cabinet etc. of required sizes comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers and non toxic additives having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made PVC laminate of approved shade for cupboards, work stations and bathroom/kitchen cabinet etc. of required sizes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting and Finishing work on WPC solid boards with PU paint/high gloss PU paint/Matt finish PU paint/wooden Polish work as per requirement, of approved shade three or more coats for desired finishing complete all as specified and directed. Note- All necessary spray machine and T&P required for PU paint and polish work isdeemed to included in qouted rates.

Supplying and fixing Decorative Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP panels) louvers/fluted panels having decorative wooden texture as per design approved by Engr-in-charge having Size of louvers panels 55mm width louvers X 30mm thick X 30 mm Gap. The Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP panels) sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF coating of approved shade complete fixed to wall surface, marble surface, Reception counters and similar surfaces as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) Contractor can visit AGE B/R R&D office for Sample of material to be incorporated in work.

Supplying and fixing Decorative Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP panels) 4mm thick material having decorative Natural Stone texture as per design approved by Engr-in-charge sandwitched between two skins of 0.25 mm thick coil. The Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP panels) cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF coating of approved shade complete fixed to wall surface, marble surface, Reception counters and similar surfaces as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) Contractor can visit AGE B/R R&D office for Sample of material to be incorporated in work.

S&F double roller Zebra venetian blinds consisting of double roller arrangement with pelmet assembly approved tint/shade and traverse cord complete as per manufacturer instruction fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for decorative wall panelling with WPC louvered/Fluted/Plain 2D/3D wall panels with plastic and silicate mixture as the core material with inand surface with PVC foil on the top with thickness of panel 10mm to 20mm, width of 150mm to 200mm and length of 2.74/3.05 (9' or 10') meters of POLYWOOD or equivalent brand Wt of PVC pannel is 4.5 kg/sqm and PVC percentage in wall panels is more than 40% including necessary L/H/U corner profile and fillets. WPC Wall panel are termite proof , water proof and usable on the damp walls, fixed to wall/ ceiling surface as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for decorative solid Wooden Flooring classic series having HDF (high density fiberboard) wood Plank rectangular shape with interlocking pannels with plastic and silicate mixture as the core material with Plank size 1215 x 195 x 8 mm kiln dried and finished with UV coating for durable finish of approved wooden texture and shade over and including laying of necessary form/fiber on floor fixed as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F L/H/U profile and corner profile molding with fillet at top ,bottom and corner to hold the wooden flooring and wall panelling with exactly the same shade as that of the flooring planks as per manufracturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.
