All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old bricks obtained under srl item No. 01 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Cables of the following sizes:- Note Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down old unservicable steel tubular poles of any type and supply & installing of Ornamental Cast iron pole of total height 7 Mtr nominal above the foundation top level with (1.5 to 2 L x 2 W) mtr long single arm designer bracket fabricated out of cast iron embellishment, joints, column ,sections etc reinforced internally with a pipe inside. The bottom column should have an integral inbuilt looping box with cover duly mounted with one No. MCB, SP, 10 Amp, one No. 32 Amp, 4 way heavy duty connector and earth stud including S&F of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts from MCB to street light. The pole and bracket shall be painted with polyurthane paint antique colour finish of approved colour finish complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Make : Hi-lite Luminaries Note:- (a) The unit rate in this item is deemed to be include the cost of exacavation and earth work of any type of soil incuding dismantling of PCC foundation of unserserviciable pole ,RCC for foundation 1:2:4 type B-1 minimume size 0.6mx0.6mx1.5m for new pole including supply and erection of EN-grade foundation Bolt M20*750mm long complete. Foundation for new pole to be made as per manufacturer's recommendations and approved by GE. (b) The quoted rate shall also include replacement of chequered tiles or cement/PCC damaged during pole removal or installation and must be repaired by Contractor. No extra payment will be given on this account.

Supplying, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT panel not less than 3mm thick of modular polycarbonate thermoplastic enclosures Outdoor type with copper bus bar of capacity 200A, factory made, CPRI approved, floor mounting type, environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen and silicon free, anti-acid and anti corrosive, enclosure should be IP-65 Protection in accordance with IEC 60529.The gasket material shall be polyurethane while the gasket shall be internally embedded including suitable working space in bus bar chamber suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415V,50HZ,AC supply and fixed on raised PCC 1:2:4,type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) raised base with cable glands, phase indicators, internal wiring, CT of suitable Ratio, digital voltmeter and ammeter, air passing holes with proper spacing to accommodate to all control switches and other accessories, cable connections with suitable size of lugs/thimble etc including suitable size canopy to cover the panel with proper fixing arrangement including excavation and earth work including dismantling the unserviceable panel and comprising the followings. Note:-. 1. The manufacturer of board / panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60 439-1 and IEC 61 439-2 for power switchgear and control gear assembly. The contractor must be submitted routine test certificate from manufacturer/principal company in accordance with IEC 60 439-1. The type test report as per CPRI (in accordance with IEC 60 439-1) should consist with following: i) Degree of protection of system ii) Temperature Rise Limit iii) Dielectric Properties iv) Short Circuit Withstand Strength v) Effectiveness of protective circuit vi) Clearance and creepage distance vii) Mechanical Operation 2. For better safety the Polycarbonate encl shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-1,DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 deg. Cent. 3. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures / boards i.e. the Degree of Protection against Mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. 4. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. 5. The quoted rate includes the excavation, earth work and required base for fixing the complete panel.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology including 150 mm dia HDPE pipe suitable for 0.6 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note: The Rate for taking permission from concerned authority like Army Signal and other utility authority are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. If any utilities like road damaged duinng execution of work, the same will be repair/replaced by the Contractor in quoted rates.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I(1991).
