(c) The entire work as mentioned in srl item no. 1.00, shall be got executed through OEM i.e. M/s Bluestar (India) Ltd only. The contractor shall upload / submit the scanned copy of MOU with OEM i.e. M/s Bluestar (India) Ltd in cover No. 1, failing which the tender application / bid will be summarily rejected. The contractor will also submit the physical copy of MOU along with their application and DD in the office of tender inviting authority prior to bid opening date (Cover 1) failing which bid submitted by the contractor will be summarily rejected.

(d) The chiller machines along with connected items will be handed over to contractor in as and where condition and no claim in this effect will be accepted at any stage. Hence, the bidder is advised to visit the site to assess the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract and quote their rates accordingly.

Scope of Work:- 1. Checking the functioning of chiller and other such equipment. 2. Free replacing of defective/worn out parts i.e compressor,thermostat etc. 3. Descaling of condensers/chemical cleaning of evaporator coils. 4. Checking of Microprocessor control panel, control boards, transducers of packaged chiller/condensing unit for the correctness and replace if necessary. 5. Water sample testing once in a year and the same will be submitted to deptt. 6. Compressor overhauling,tube leakage ,chiller controls are deemed to be included in quoted rate 7. Heating elements, panel accessories like O/L relay, contactor, control wiring and any other electrical accessories for hot water generator in case of damaged will be replaced by OEM at his own expense.

Notes for item no. 1.00(contd..): - (e)All the complaint/ faults will be addressed within 30 min from the time of receipt of complaint. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend the complaint within 30 min from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) per complaint per hr. for first 04 hrs. and after that Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand only) per complaint per hr. shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues. (f) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

Supply only in replacement of ball bearing P 205 with metal housing, complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling of electric driven horizontal induction motor of capacity 2.0 HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting of electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, bush, thrust plate, thrust bearing, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper (Class "F"), sealing compounds etc. and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc. and reinstallation of the motor in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, complete all as directed. Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

M&L for complete overhauling of condenser / chiller centrifugal pump set of 50 HP by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting suction & discharge water lines and removing electric connection, dismantling the U/S pump set from MS foundation, detaching the pump, opening the pump, remelting the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all kind of machine works i.e. welding, turning, polishing etc. as required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in pump body; complete replacement of impeller set with new; required replacement of Cushy foot anti vibration pad with and incl carrying out complete repair / replacement of damaged parts i.e. bearings, bush, gland plate, gland packing, coupling assembly etc. and reassembling the pump after greasing of moving parts and reinstallation of the pump with motor in original location using new MS stud, nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc.; checking the alignment; reconnecting the suction and delivery pipes, making proper electric connection, testing and commissioning for smooth operation at optimum efficiency, complete all as directed. Note: 1. CD of cleaning process of duct will be submitted by contractor before claiming of payment as a evidence. 2. Only Duct surface area will be Measured.

S&F in replacement of the GI Dampers with 20 gauge as per IS duly powder coated and as per existing size, cross section area up to 0.5 Sqm ,fixed on wall with supply air duct complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of Aluminum diffuser of suitable size mm with suitable opening , made of 22 gauge aluminium sheet, duly powder coated, fixed on false ceiling of any type with supply/return air duct, complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement of suction strainer of condenser water pipe line/ Chilled water pipe line of size 200 mm for central AC plant complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only crystal type salt of sodium chloride 25 Kg Bag for water softening plant @ 3 Kg/day complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 2 row deep heating coil copper suitable for AHU 4000 CFM (48 inch x 36 inch) after dismantling old one alongwith all pipe fittings, gasket etc and then replace all pipe fittings required for connection of coil alongwith welding job all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply only compressor oil refrigeration lubricant ISO 68 polyester HSN-34039900 as recommended by Trane India
