S&F in repair 20 mm bore gun matel globe or gate valves with iron wheel, screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, raking out joints locking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement (incl new brick work) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 marble powder : 2 marble chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the marble chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note: Payment for providing grooves shall be made seperately Note :- Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building and deploy skilled labourers to execute the work

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under laying including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the grooves all round as per approved pattern. The groove shall be finished with two coats of bitumenous paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying 1.50 mm (average thickness) wall care putty on walls to bring the surface even smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, railing and the like as directed without disturbing the core of RCC member, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with and allowed to dry, including application of rust removal cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement (and removing rust with flex after 24hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper) and also applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufactures method of application to re bar corrosion protection system to reinforcement surface of steel reinforcement with existing reinforcement as directed wherever required binding RCC 100mmx100mm (10 gauge welded mesh) & tack welding after that applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface with 1 part of sika latex or equivalent in Forsoc/BASF/Dr Sunanda with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight, coverage of sika latex shall not be more than 0.25 Kg/Sqm for one coat. Adhesive bond strength not less that 2.5 mpa, After this, providing 40mm (average thickness) guiniting mix @ pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqcm with anti corrosion admixture (using 1 part of ordinary potland cement 43 grade and 2 part of Ghagger sand mixed with adhesive /admixture at the rate as per manufacturer instruction and as directed) including stripping floting with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary, formwork and scaffolding, complete surface of guiniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in cement 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement cleaning and removing of waste material etc as directed at site complete all as specified and directed. M & L for hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length, bent to shape required of mild steel wire mesh / welded mesh and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia binding wire S & F in reinforcement weight not exceeding 4.00 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed

Note : The work described in item Nos from 1 to 32 shall be executed in bldgs up to (G+3 floor) hence the contractor shall make scaffolding arrangements (only steel scaffolding is allowed), trestles, ladders etc and hessian clothes for protection & all other safety precautions up to 04 storeys of buildings and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Note :- Removing building materials /debris / old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type etc. to a distance of 5km or beyond out side MOD Land. Note :- Arrangement of any required machinery / tools required for removing debris from terrace to ground and then remove to outside MOD land, will be made by the contractor and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Safety measures for workers to be ensure by the contractor. Note :- Before commencement of work, The contractor will ensure that water supply from water tanks to the respective quarters should not interrup during execution of work, For the same the cost for any required fitting / accessories is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

Dismantlling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified coloured double charged tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

All as per item no 34 above but as in skirting/dado on 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7 mm or 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick with matching highlighter over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match coloured tiles (Design/colour of tiles will be approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut Pre polished kota stone slab/tiles flooring 20-25mm thick in any size over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Kota stone Pre polished kota stone slab/tiles 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed over and incl 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards of any description as in panelling any thickness, including cover fillets in any surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coated GI T Grid system in 600 x 600 mm module which includes providing and fixing wall angle along the perimeter of the room with nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm centre to center. Suspendeding the main tee of size from the soffit, soffit cleat, rawl plugs and wire rod & leveling spring clip at 1200mm center to center cross tee, interlockined into the pre-cut slots in the main tees at 600 mm centre to center in direction perpendicular to the main tee to make a grid of 600x 1200mm. 600 mm cross tees are interlocked in the pre cut slots in the 1200mm tees at 1200 mm center to center in direction parallel to the main tee. Cross Tees having length more than 600 mm are to be supported independently. 4.5 mm thick E board or perforated type with square Edge of size 595x595 mm be placed in the grid of 600x600mm. Size of grid as speicfied by Manufacturers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of thickness 5mm ( ±0.25 ) consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm ( ±0.25 ) thick Prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be Density of 600 Kg /Cum Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified Company. The strips should have in their center a grove of 6mm width and 1mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10” between two PVC strips. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S. screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a strips of 5mm ( ±0.25 ) thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC 'L' angles fixed at where direction changed portion with adhessive or as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Make:-RR/Polycab/Havells Note:-Three wire of 4 Sqmm and one run of pvc conduit/casing caping shall be measured as one unit.
