M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) bedding for sewage lines of 150mm dia incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No 7 above but for bed of sewage line of 200mm dia all as specified and directed.

S&F DWCPE (SN8) nominal size 150 mm (internal dia) mm including all fixing accessories or fittings like socket/spigot joint with elastomeric sealing ring, rubber ring, SILAID rubber lubricants required for laying of pipes, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F DWCPE (SN8) nominal size 200 mm (internal dia) including all fixing accessories or fittings like socket/spigot joint with elastomeric sealing ring, rubber ring, SILAID rubber lubricants required for laying of pipes, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of sewage line.Mechanically operated 25 tonne truck mounted desludger with 12000Ltr capacity tanker having water fitted high pressure jet machine for cleaning and desludging of sewage line, shall be used by the contractor as per scheduled programme in writing and completion of each job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge as instructed. (Note : In case contractor fails to deploy the machine as per scheduled programme a recovery of Rs 500/- per day shall be deducted from his payment.)

Cleaning of sewage system including WCs, WHB, bottle traps, nahani and floor traps, soil/waste/rain/drain pipe running on external walls/cancealedtype of building including junctions, manholes of any description and sewage lines of all sizes upto the final drop out let into septic tank/soak well of central sewage/drain wihtout distrubing its running/flowing and removing all type of blockages in any situation by mechanical means, and disposing waste materials out side defence land strictly as per Hon'ble Supreme Court directions, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: a) The above task shall be caried out by deploying a team, comprising 02 safaiwalas , 01 pipe fitter for Offrs Md Accn , Urban village, , Manekshaw marg, Cassel road b) Where there is requirement of work involving scaffoldings and jhula, Contractor shall deploy the additional skilled team of workers expert in working on jhullas in high rise bldgs. c) If contractor fails to attend/clean a given complaint (received on any working days till 6 PM) on the same day, is liable to be charged Rs 500/- per day per complaint. Recovery for same will be deducted from his payment. d) One mechanical pump diesel/petrol for dewatering sludge water, safety belt, ladder, gloves gasmask, bucket to remove sludge, mechnical device required to reach work at difficult locations upto 9 stories shall be made available all time at site.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar of any description incl cleaning & stacking serviciable brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks (old size)straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtrs mean readius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 14 here-in-before except bricks.

M&L for rendering 15mm in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (whicherver may be higher) to fair faces of brick or conrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured & paid for speparately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (Cement plaster 1:4) finished even and fair complete.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Precast Plastic fibre reinforced concrete manhole cover medium duty of size 1000mm x 500mm x 70mm conforming to IS- 12592 incl dimolition of old RCC work , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs oval access doors suitable for bend/branches pieces for 100mm bore CI pipe (NOTE:-The work will executed at Highrise bldgs with necessary T&P, scaffolding and safety measures. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed included the same).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises.

S&F non skid ceramic cloured tiles 300x300mmx7mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or cloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thk screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for glazed coloured ceremic tiles sizes 600x300x7mm thk tiles on vertical surfaces , such as skirting/dado ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10 mm thk rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor Finishing fair and even without using extra cement complete.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, plinth protection, Path etc (finished even and fair) laid in panels including joints filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Materials and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting shrubs wild gorwth/trees, and removing complete vegetation growth from walls/shafts/roof including taking out roots from roof/brick work or concrete surfaces and including taking out roots making good the distrubed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and disposing the rubbish from the site (MOD land) for a block up to 9 storey complete all as specified. (NOTE:-The work will executed at Highrise bldgs with necessary T&P, scaffolding and safety measures. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed included the same).

M & L for mild steel work , Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including erection in ground complete and dismantling of existing MS work in posts all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10 mm dia ( machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , n exc 5 cm long complete all as specified .

Expanded metal n .exc 4 kg, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for Machine pressed rubber moulded vibro compacted precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with Grey cement and pigment over and including 50 mm thick sand coushioning complete all as specified.

M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel ordinary tint paint on old steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or grith, not otherwise described incl preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified.

S & F for 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete including dismantling of existing sheets all as specified.

S&F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete including dismantling of existing GI sheet all as specified.
