Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces, smooth & even without using extra cement including water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Noe:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/benching and all other similar works including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken bricks hard core gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces, complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair precast factory made polycrete (SFRC) medium duty perforated drain cover, 100 mm thick, rectangle in shape, upto 01 sqm area each with hole for drain, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforced pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs (for man holes etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shaps as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) embedded in concrete/mosnary complete duly tar painted and sanded the embedded portion of angle iron including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (First quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposal of debris, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection /path/ any paved area, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling tiles, removing serviceable tiles to store or reuse the tile in same work & remove the rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reuse of tile shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS -15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Gde with grey cement and pigment with approved colour of tiles by GE/Engr-in-charge, complete all as specifie and directed.

All as per item No 27 but except tiles Note :- Tiles retrieved from item No 26

M&L for chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick (colour design and glazed approved by GE/EIC) with grey/coloured cement and pigments laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry, incl dismantling, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing/getting out of excavated material/spoils/debris, dumped at site to a distance exceeding 500 m but n exc 1.5 km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing/cleaning of silt, mud,etc under culvert and in the drain of any width and length in soft/loose soil including depositing of removed material from site at a distance exc 1.5KM and n exc 5 KM, deposited where directed by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Air-Terminal Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Early Streamer Emission (ESE) type lightning Air terminal. S&F for commissioning & testing ESE based lightining arresstor Model name , Protech Streamer 20 (Protected area 32 meter Radius on Level 1 and 77 meter Radius on Level III ) single spike complete with chemical earthing all connections and acceessories for a range of 25 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge .Make Protech Streamer/Seimens Supporting Mast M&l for the mounting pole used to support the lightning air terminal shall be minimum length of min.12 Mtr. , non corrosive and made up of medium class GI / SS pipe of 2.5″ diameter having base plate at bottom for securely fixing the mast on roof top. The mounting pole and supports shall be securely fixed with the brackets and PVC insulated metallic guy wires to withstand the maximum wind velocity of that area. Note:- Foundation and earth work shall be included in the overall cost quoted . Foundation as specified and recommended by OEM

Lightning Strike Counter Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of non-electronic & non resettable (Not require any external power supply) type lightning strike counter to count the lightning stroke having display with IP-67 enclosure including all accessories and connection..(6/7 digit) Make :- ABB / STROMKING / POWER TRAC All the work should be carried out as per the specified specifications and instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ceramic insulator of standard size for ligthning strip protection fixed in wall of one mtr distance with suitable size screws all as specified and directed.

S&F Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm fixed with top of insulator/saddles, fixing with screws , washer etc with help of drill machine for roof conductors and down conductors above ground and and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc all as specified directed.

M&L for Design ,development ,supply commisiong and testing EHCC certified ground tubular effective chemical earthing (CPRI tested for 15 KA current capacity for LT line ) highly anticorrosive long life eletrode with and including adequate protective coating to withstand servere weather condition in the earth pit of the standard size comprising of 40 mmx 3m long copper rod as primary conductor and hollow copper tube of 80 mmx 3 m long as secondary conductor to install with suitable connecting terminal cofirming of IS 3043 1987 specification highly conductive packing material to be filled in earth pits for providing uniform low resisitivity anticorrosive ,hygroscope medium around the earth system for improving the efficiency of current dissipation with cystalline conductive mixture CCM 20 kg per bag sufficient quantities required at site complete RCC earthing pit cover material and labour complete all as specified and as directed Note :- 1. Excavation / drilling hole in hard soil/rock is included in the rate quoted. 2. Min. resistance for earthing pit shall be less than 5 ohm. 3. Drilling or earth work shall be included in the overall cost quoted by the contractor.
