S&F short branch pipe nozzle, made of gun metal, ISI marked, instantaneous pattern type to suit fire hose delivery coupling of 63 mm size complete with stainless steel nozzle of 15 mm nominal size conforming to IS 903, suitable for hydraulic pressure of 21 kgf/cm2, complete all as directed.

Supply and fix first aid hose reel with drum of 20 mm dia and 30 mtr length including branch nozzle conforming to IS-884 complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing fire hose cabinet of size 900 x 600 x 300mm weather proof fabricated from 18 SWG MS sheet with double front central opening partially glazed with 4mm thick glass with locking arrangement duly painted suitable to house incl 2x30Mtr (two length) of RRL house and hose reel drum with coupling, Branch pipe one firemans axe, first aid hose reel and hydrant outlet complete all as directed.

Supply and fix fire brigade valve connection 2 way incl MS pipe line of 80 mm size upto 1.5 mtr fsize making all connection for smooth functioning complete all as directed.

Supply and fix pressure gauge 100 mm dia ball valve of pressure 0 to 21 Kg/Sqcm complete all as directed.

S&F stop valves , cast copper alloy, screwed down , high pressure,with crutch or butterfly handle,screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed suitable for 25 mm bore complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for laying of pipes in trenches and getting out, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, after laying of pipeline complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for road cutting for laying of MS pipe, incl excavation, returning filling in, spreading, levelling well ramming in layers, soling with broken boulders/stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismantling the existing road, premix capeting 25mm thick using ready mix patch repair work, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down MS pipe of any size incl all fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay MS ERW Pipes, with all necessary fittings i.e. bends, tees, reducers, flanges (pipe to pipe connection wherever required & pipe to landing valve/FB inlet connection), gasket or any other fittings required for pipe connections. The pipes shall be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of zinc chromate primer on exposed surface or polythene/rubber based wrapping coating on undergound surface, Galvanized, supports at standard spacing, anchor fasteners, bolts, nuts, clamps, rails "U" & threaded bolt, Including cutting, Welding, fixing in / on walls, trench, ceiling by using the supports etc. The quoted rate shall also include for chasing / chipping walls, Floors, making bore holes in walls / floor and making them good with Non shrink filler material in bore holes / finished in cement mortar etc. for undermentioned dia of pipe complete all as specified.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of electrically driven high pressure centrifugal fire hydrant pump suitable for automatic operation comprising of the following: (a) Horizontal end suction centrifugal pump, suitable for operation on 415 volts ± 6%, 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply. The installation shall be complete with flexible coupling and coupling guard as required. Fire pump shall have C.I. casing, CS diffusers, bronze impeller (hard finished and dynamically balanced ) and stainless steel shaft with mechanical seal, capable for delivering 2280 LPM at outlet head of 70m and coforming to IS-12469 : 1988. Pump shall be capable of furnishing not less than 150% of rated capacity at a head of not less than 65 % of the rated head (b) Squirrel cage induction motor, TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply, for the above pump with synchronous speed of 1450 RPM, conforming to IP 55 protection & class F insulation. (c) Common base plate for (a) and (b) of MS (d) Suitable cement concrete foundation duly plastered with anti vibration pad complete as required.

Supplying, installing and commissioning C.I.flanged "Y" type Strainer 200 mm dia with SS mesh, suitable flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. complete.

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve of size 200 mm bore class PN10 conforming to IS-14846 flanged ends drilled having stainless spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of Butter Fly Valves (Manual) with CI body, Stainless steel disc, nitrile rubber seal & O ring, PN 16(16 bar) Pressure rating for chilled water circulation of following size, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 28 zone wall mounted sprinkler annunciation panel to give signal to zone hooter AC Input and 12/24 V DC output complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Automatic air-vent having 15mm end connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installing & testing and commissioning factory made and tested (incl CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) indoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated alluminum bus bar 315 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. The panel should have arrangement for interlocking pressure switches to starter for automatic operation. For automatic control any additional device or relays required is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2. The control system shall be designed to provide following sequence: (a) The jockey pump shall start when pressure of system fall about 0.35 kgf/cm2 below normal system pressure and shut down when system pressure is reached. (b) The main fire pump shall start when pressure falls suddenly about 1 kgf/cm2 below normal system pressure and no pump shall start when main fire pump is running. (c) In case of power failure if system pressure falls suddenly about 1 kgf/cm2 below normal system pressure diesel pump shall start within 5 sec of power failure.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip Procter by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-i , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mashand medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip up to main earthing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed . (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point up to length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .

S&F Test point terminal block made of Gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium strip 25x3mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 6 kg capacity Multipurpose dry chemical powder (ABC) type (IS-15683) fire extinguishers consisting of welded MS cylindrical body fabricated from 1.6 mm MS sheet internally protected with anticorrosive treatment and hydraucally tested. Extinguisher externally painted with red enamel and fixed to wall with bracket complete with initial filled/charged all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing CO2 type fire extinguisher of 3 Kgs capacity with steel cylinder with a discharge valve and confirming to IS : 15683. Extinguisher shall be painted with red enamel apint and fixed to wall with bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 9 Ltr capacity Foam type (IS-15683) fire extinguishers consisting of welded MS cylindrical body fabricated from 1.6 mm MS sheet internally protected with anticorrosive treatment and hydraucally tested. Extinguisher externally painted with red enamel and fixed to wall with bracket complete with initial filled/charged all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of wall incl. plastering,brick work as per requirement after dismantling of MS pipe ,Fire Hose Cabinet etc and then distemper 2 coats of existing wall colour all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing hose flexible type 1m long all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Sprinkler rossette 25mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair air cushion tank with relief valve 200mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing one coat of 4 mm thick 'PYKOTE' or 'COATEK' anti rust pipe protection conforming to IS:2021 including PYKOTE primer as per manufacturer specifications and lap of 25mm to make an impermeable layer on M.S pipes running underground/buried/in trenches complete including surface preparation including conducting holiday test.The application process shall be strictly according to manufacturers specification/recommendation.
