Supply, fixing and testing in replacement of three pole power contactors of capacity MNX-18 including NO or NC auxiliary contact block, coil voltage 230 V ,control wiring, thimbles, etc and including taking down of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement cast iron butter fly valves lever operated SS disc type nitrile/EPDM rubber lining PN 16 of following size dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing of under electric cable XLPE insulated, 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/duct/pipe including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

3.5 core 70 Sqmm

3.5 core 95 Sqmm

M&L for cutting of existing MS/GI water mains of size 80 mm dia of chiller/condensor/cooling towers & GI pipes of make-up tanks of central AC plant at different points/section for replacement with new MS pipe in short lengths including MS fittings complete all specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 7 here-in-before but of size 100 mm.

Taking out old unserviceable MS pipes and Supplying laying , commissioning & testing mild steel (Heavy) 'C' class pipe of size 80 mm dia on exposed surface / underground (in trenches) including welding works, connections with existing chilled water line, chiller, pump, fabrication of bends, MS flange, tees, reducers, shoe, support (brick masonry block & wooden support for underground / MS angle- clamp & wooden support for exposed surface) along with priming coat of steel primer as per standard specification complete all specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the cost of MS fittings required during laying of MS Pipes. (ii) The Pipes of sizes 150 mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be heavy class of thickness min. 7mm as per IS: 3589. (iii) Cost of excavation, returning, filling and removing shall be paid separately under relevant item.

M & L for replacement of chilled water or refrigerent MS class 'C' pipe insulation inside the building but excluding valves/strainers/pr gauges etc and adequately supported on rigid supports and duly insulated with closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of class 'O' insulation and insulation applied by adhesive confirming to standard OEM specifications secured with 0.63 mm GI sheet cladding complete at the joints and repairing of damage to the buildings if any etc as per specifications and as required complete in all respects.The size of pipes and insulation shall be as shown below:-
