Brickwork with sub-class `B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying 2mm thick birla white wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered / concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality on wall surfaces over one coat of primer from the same manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer all as specified.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embeded portion in concrete, brick work, RR masonary etc. and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E - 165 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only MS galvanisd Chain link fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified.

S&F 10mm round bars for tying /tightening wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and staining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc,(each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed and fixed in repairs.

S&F in repairs 610mm concertina coil (effective dia 550mm at stretch length of coil 6m) two handle and spikes at both end of coil with dove tail clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. of Gde Fe - 290, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth , priming with a coat of red oxide primer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as spd

Demolition in cement concrete of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in floors/pavings /plinth protection etc, finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 55 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L sand stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new stone/ concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paints over priming paint plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( Nominal mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in any type of soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface

M&L for cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in post holes.

S&F of RCC Precast Concrete Post (M-30) of size 150mm X 150mm X 2435mm height having two grooves of size 50 X 30mm, so as to receive 6 Nos. including Provn of 6 Nos of Precast concrete RCC Panels between Two post of size 1500mm X 300mm X 40mm thickness The post is reinforced with 4 Nos. 8mm dia Tor Bars with 4mm dia stir-ups @ 1.615m centre to centre150mm c/c; Panels are reinforced with 3 Nos. longitudinal bar of 8mm dia Tor steel & 6mm plain M.S Stir ups @ 150mm c/c. Manufactured by M-30 graded of concretes and including dismantling of old complete all as specifed and as directed. Note :- (a) Above ground level height will be measured for payment purpose. (b) Excavation of post holes for fixing of Columns shall be measured and paid seprately (c) The post may be fixed to the ground by digging a hole of 500 x500 x600mm and filled with 1:3:6 concrete after the post has been aligned in these holes. The post will be erected @ 1.615 m center to center. Make- Kreative concrete company or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 35 mm thick type B- 0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate (measured solid) including all moulding and necessary form work and set in cement mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F precast RCC coping/post of size 600x100x50 mm suitable for fixing of RCC Jallies in vertically & horizontally including necessary moulds and grooves as required in shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair anti skid 2 pin PVC pool gratings of 250mm in width complete all as specified and directed.
