M&L for chemical earthing complete with earth electrode made of high tensile low steel circular rods, molecularly bonded with copper on outer surface to meet the relavent indian standards and shall be of the approved make & design. The earth electrode shall confirm IS and of minimum 48 mm dia and minimum 2 mtr long & thickness of copper bonding minimum 250 microns. hole of 100 mm to 120 mm dia shall be augured to a depth of about 2.5 mtr. earth electrode shall be placed into the hole by penetrating it into the soil gently diving on the top of the rod, so that min. 150 mm of the electrode shall be inserted in the natural soil/ present soil. earth enchancement material (minimum approx. 50 Kg) shall be filled in to the augured hole in slurry form and allowed to set. after the material get set, the diameter of composite structure (earth electrode + earth enchancement material) shall be of minimum 100 mm dia covering entire length of the hole. remaining portion of the hole shall be covered by backfill soil/ material. A copper strip of 150mmx25mmx6mm shall be exothermically welded to main earth electrode for taking the connection to the main equi-potential earth bus bar /ICT centre. multi strand single core PVC insulated 10 Sqmm copper cable connecting to main earth electrode. earth enhancement material consist of Graphite and portland cement. Bentonite content shall be negligible. high conductivity & humidity retention capability, non corrosive in nature having low water soiubility but highly hygroscopic. Inspection chamber size of 300x300x300 mm (inside dimension) box (concret / Iron) with smooth finish shall be provided on the top of the pit. A concrete /Iron lid painted black with pulling hooks, shall be povided to cover the earth pit. copper lugs with stainless steel nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised iron strip 32x6mm burried in ground or fixed on walls with saddles and fixing screws or down conductors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F multi strand single core PVC insulated copper cable 10 Sqmm in rigid PVC conduit for taking the connection to the main equi-potential earth bus bar /ICT centre complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ISI marked GI Cable tray 54 mm (h)x 300 mm (w) complete with nuts and bolts for mounting and covering cables along with vertical bends for mounting and supporting cable tray system complete all as specified and directed.

B&R PORTION: Taking down cement plaster on brick /concrete wall surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the rubbish out of Mod Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick ready mix plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall in two layers (thickness of each layer not more than 10 mm finished even & smooth. The first layer shall be prepared as per manufacturer instructions, relevant IS code and Engineering practices. The complete work of this item shall be executed only by a skilled labour of the trade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of alkali resistant primering paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces by washing scrapping down and stopping of old painted surfaces of ceiling and apply one coat of OBD complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather appex paint over a coat of birla white wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame without taking off shutters n.exc 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceremic tiles in vertical surface of size 450X300X7 mm on vertical Surfaces of wall on 10mm rendering in cement mortar 1:3 set and jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in Soft Soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or Gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410 -W, with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing complete.including necessary double steel scaffolding where required upto two storey bldg complete all as specified and directed.
