Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.25m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window upto 1.25 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body it single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F in repair sinks without drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, incl pvc waste pipe and cp waste fitting.overall size 610mmx460mm bowl size 525mmx375mmx250mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CP sink tap fancy type with swan neck pipe (wall mounted model) with flanges chrome plated with gray face plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs CP grating 100 mm dia round fixed on floor/Nahani trap fixed with cement mortar including necessary cutting etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel plate rack made of stainless steel 1mm thick 900mmx 600mmx250mm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles or paver of any description or thickness in floors/walls, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded with 20mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) machine cut as in vertical surfaces and like, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of of pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl grinding and polishing laid over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid joint less coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid joint less coloured ceramic tiles 8-9 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19.00 above but in skirting over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over including screeding 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors of any description and in any position as in kitchen slabs/shelves etc. incl removing demolition debris out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 nominal mix, using 20mm crushed stone agg as in slab supported on walls, beams & columns in floors, roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to edges of concrete flats RCC/PCC and exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to lengths bent to shape required including cranking bending and spirally hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire annealed not less then 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engg in charge.

All as per item No 26.00 above but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, raking out joints locking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering plaster on fair or other than faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using roller brush on walls over a coat of primer and over incl one coat of 1.50mm thick Birla putty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI wire netting 0.9mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joist etc in walls, ceiling stachions, beams etc incl all laps cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: SBR latex shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using roller brush, over a coat of primer and over incl one coat of 1.00mm thick Birla putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surfaces of ceiling scrapping by machanical means and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using roller brush, over a coat of primer and over incl one coat of 1.50mm thick Birla putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surfaces of wall scrapping by machanical means and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using roller brush over a coat of primer and over incl one coat of Birla putty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Exhaust fan louvers 230/300 mm size, iron including taking out old louvers up to fourth floor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Staircase arrangement for fixing louvers up to fourth floor will be made by contractor

M&L for 18mm thick WPC Board shutters, partition and shelves, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F stainless steel soft closing spring hinges at 0 degree hinges (hydraulic type) of approved make/brand to cupboard shutters with full threaded steel screws including making necessary recess in board and finished etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Kitchen cabinets made out of WPC sheet board 18mm thick including making drawers, partitions, shelves and WPC board on all sides with following specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge:- (a) 18mm thick WPC solid flush board with 5mm thick pre-laminated sheet fixed on one side, as kitchen cabinet. (b) Frame of size 50mmx47mm. (c) Shutters having piano hinges and brass handle 75mm long 01 No for each shutter. (d) Bottom back and sides of cabinet covered with 18mm thick WPC board with 5mm thick pre-laminated sheet fixed on one side. (e) Drawers having brass handle 75mm long and two long sliding rails for each drawers with magnatic catcher as required. (f) Cabinet must have one drawers supported of sliding rails. (g) Size of each cabinet shall not be exceeding 0.9 M x 0.75 M and 0.60 M depth. (h) Measurement will be considered only for front face i.e. length & height & depth 0.50m. (j) SS jali racks mounted on drawer chanel Note: Measurement for purpose of payment shall be made on external visible face for width x height (considering frame).

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors pavings n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground levels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, 75mm thick, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, band, bed plates and similar items including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and througting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand for 50 mm thick filling under interlocking paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with ceramic/glossy finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick parking tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in Cement mortar 1:6 as in floor (Size and colour of tiles will be approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast PCC Kerbstone of size 300x450x150 mm thick fixed with Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of coating synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow stripes on concrete surfaces over a coat of primer including necessary preparation, complete all as specified and directed.

E&M PORTION: Taking down carefully old point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor (Light / Fan/ Socket/ power Point ) complete including fittings such as ceiling rose, pendent holders, regulators and socket point etc and making good the disturbed surface & wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLS type copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 V grade including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLS type copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly in and including PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked and its accessories including provn of new factory made pressed steel modular switch/terminal box of suitable size and new modular front & back plates of approved colour/model of suitable size for housing the modular switches, sockets, fan regulators for one light/ fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one no, one way 5 Amp switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cutting chases for concealed conduit and making good in cement mortar is deemed included in unit rate. (ii) No cutting shall be done in the roof for laying PVC conduit for ceiling point wiring. In this specified portion wire shall run through the existing conduit or surface new conduit shall be provided as required. (iii) In case the wiring is encountered with any beam/column, then the wiring will run on surface to avoid any damage to the RCC portion.

All as per item No 50.00 above but One three pin socket outlet 6 amps point controlled by one no, one way switch on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of modular Switch 6 amps,one module, 230 vots, single pole, one way (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 16 Amp rating modular switch one way one module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of modular socket out let 230 volts, 6 Amp - 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of modular socket out let 230 volts, 16 Amp - 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ceiling rose 3 terminal / PVC / Polycarbonate, insulated body complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement of metal body exhaust fan heavy duty of size 300 mm sweep with new metallic body exhaust fan 300mm AC single phase 230 V 50 HZ with blades, frame ,louvers and other connected accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size and making arrngement to fix the exhaust fan with proper nut bolt all as specified and directed. Note:-The old U/S exhaust fan 300 mm sweep deposited to MES store yard in safe custody.

S&F in replacement LED tube lights fitting of 20W, 230V, AC warm/ natural white decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core lexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLSH type 1100V grade 2 x 4 sqmm complete drawn in new PVC concealed conduit and its accessories along with 1x 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLSH type cable for continuous earth wire and duly connected to common earth dolly including PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked and its accessories including provn of new factory made pressed steel modular switch/terminal box of suitable size and new modular front & back plates of approved colour/model of suitable size for housing the modular switches, sockets all as specified and directed.
