Dismantling PVC Rain water pipes including all fittings and accessories, 100/75 mm bore and in any position all as specified.

Dismantling cemented / RCC water tank L-12 Mtr xW- 3.6 mtr Appx and removing from site to minimum 20 km distance from sites complete.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' st or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' st or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 half brick thick.

S&F in repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 ltr tripple layered (cylindrical vertical with threaded lead) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 1000 litres all as specified.

S&F in repair Ball valve, high pressure with PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe or fixed of size 20 mm bore, fixed in repairs.(Min Wt 20mm- 210 gms)

S&F in repair 15mm PVC Nipple suitable for HDPE Water tank (Min Wt 15mm-38gms) complete.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surface (internal) etc. on wall complete all as specified .

M&L for 5mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, as in ceiling / facia / chajja etc in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair complete.

M&L for 15 mm thick external rendering on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished fair and even with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified. (Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only)

S&F for stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 75 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over roof slab for making slope on roof top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajjas in multiple coats @ 2.0 litre/sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Smart Care Damp Proof of Asian Paints or equivalent in SIKA/BERGER/FOSROC/STP). Notes: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer or their authorised dealer. (d) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of Eight years in favour of the GE. A sum equivalent to 2.5% (Two point Five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor’s dues as security deposit. The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposit receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in favour of Garrison Engineer. (e) Full quantity of water proofing chemical / paint shall be entered in MB as "NOT TO BE ABSTRACTED".

M&L providing and applying the plaster with single component ready to use repair mortar capable of applying 20 mm average thickness in single layer and finishing with trowel with a bond coat : SBR polymer (@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement/Sqm of surface area complete. {Make: SMART CARE REPAIR MORTAR (ASIAN PAINTS) / RENDEROC SP-40 (FOSROC) / MONOTOP F122 THEXO TROPIC (SIKA)}. Note : (a) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer or their authorised dealer. (b) The application shall be executed on any type of surface and on horizontal/Vertical areas. (c) Full quantity of repair mortar shall be entered in MB as "NOT TO BE ABSTRACTED".

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.
