M & L for 15 mm thick internal rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces & finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M & L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, chajja and like surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall / Ceiling surface applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint by spray gun/ spray machine incl one coat of primer up to 5 storey bldg including scaffolding complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge. Notes for item No 1, 2 and 6:- (a) Rate quoted up to G+4 bldg including scaffolding. (b) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator. (c) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (d) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (e) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (f) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted successful L1 bidder after opening of Financial Bid within a fixed time frame of 7 days otherwise tender will be cancelled (g) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item No 1, 2 and 6 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

Note :- 1. Stage for prepration of surfaces shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes. 2. M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth by applying sand paper etc.for proper preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified and directed. Note rate quoted up to G+5 bldg including scaffolding

M & L for removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphosphate solution (4 % concentration) @ 20 ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30 mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25 ml glyphosphate (4% conc) diluted with 1 ltr of water. All roots of plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
