Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, or stone walls / ceilings etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified. Note rate quoted up to G+5 bldg including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 mixed finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall / Ceiling surface applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint by spray gun/ spray machine incl one coat of primer up to 5 storey bldg including scaffolding complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge. Note :- 1. Stage for prepration of surfaces shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes. 2. Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator. Note rate quoted up to G+5 bldg including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item No 2, 3 and 6: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted by contractor before opening of (f) bid. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item No 2, 3 and 6 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth by applying sand paper etc.for proper preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified and directed. Note rate quoted up to G+5 bldg including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 Cm width or girth by applying sand paper etc.for proper preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed. Note rate quoted up to G+5 bldg including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphosphate solution (4 % concentration) @ 20 ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30 mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25 ml glyphosphate (4% conc) diluted with 1 ltr of water. The size of block shall be of 2 Qtrs on each floor and vary in number of floors. All roots of plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as specified and directed.
