M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in patches n exc 3.0 Sqm on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:4, to be finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls/ ceiling and applying two coats of GreenPro certified water-based, modified acrylic, exterior Apex Suprema Emulsion or equivalent as per required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives, heat reflectant property, VOC less than 2% by mass, Class A IS-15489 and IS-101 @5-6 sqm/ltr with spray machine over one coat of primer with and including 1mm thick wall care putty to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls/ ceiling and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, with spray machine on wall/ ceilling surface white or tinted over one coat of primer with and including 1mm thick wall care putty to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of existing loose treatment by scraping with mechanical wall/ceiling by vacuum based sanding machine (wall sanding machine with internal dust extraction system & having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7 inch/ 9 inches to make the surfaces free from dust, loose paint etc by using smart periodical methodology/auto roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of wall putty avg 1-1.5 mm thick suitable for external/internal surafces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass n.exc 1.50 Sqm in each pane (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/ steel frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Sch of Credit of this Tender. (ii) If any item of same description in nature is found to be entered as "double in BOQ" and the bidder quotes different rates against same item, then the rate quoted on lower side shall be applicable and higher rate will not be allowed to be paid in any circumstances. No claim on this account shall be entertained on a later date.
