M&L Complete removal exising old surfaces of wall by scrubbing with hard brushing ,brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook root mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint from manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm). Notes(a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted by contractor within 7 days after opening of Financial Bid. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item Nos 1 to 4 and 15 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

M& L for applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper on wall/ceiling surfaces to give an even and smooth surface all as specified and directed.

Cutting shrubs wild growth, plants not exc 30 cm girth grown on permanent structures and removing same growth right from roots and stopping the recurrence by injecting herbicide Glyphosphate 4+ solution (04 % concentrate) into plant root to eliminate further growth. Application shall be as per manufactureres intructions. The disturbed area shall be repaired with PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 mix and surface finished even and smooth in cm 1:4 incl applying two coats of matching finish i.e. Building is not less than 50 nos . complete all as specified and directed at site

M&L for applying two or more coats on newly plastered surface of 100 percent premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOc less than 50gm/litre & UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alali resistance, dirt reistance incl priming coat of exterior primer from manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) by using diamond saw blade cutting machine without damaging adjacent RCC structures not otherwise including removal of rubbish outside complex ( MOD land), complete all as specified.

S&F Pre painted curved galvalum aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall ,fixed with self tapering screws as specified by Engineer in Charge (Including dismantling of existing).

M&L for Preparation of new painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 Cm width or girth by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
