M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC(1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and filling as mass conc.

S&F Exterior Endura Chequered cement concrete colour tiles 300cm X 300cm x 9-10mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes of tiles CM 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 50 mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

S & F Expanded metal n exc 4 kg weight per square meter, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members all as specified and directed (BOO will decide the actual wt).

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete PU coated colour interlocking paver block any shape and size, with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 5658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc Complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size bricks strainght or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces firnished fair and even without using extra cement up to height of four storey ,including scaffolding complete.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls firnished fair and even without using extra cement in multistorey building ,complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces as of walls and applying Two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer from the same manufacturer white lime wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new plaster surface two coat of oil bound destemper over 3mm thick wall care putty of including preparation of newly plastered surface etc all as specified.

S&F for fe 410-w (Gde-E-250) Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Modular Cabinet Kitchen accessories of Stainless Steel grade-304,6mm size rod thickness including :- (i) Perforated Cutlery basket, (ii) Grain trolley, (iii) Thali basket, (iv) Cup & saucer basket, (v) Glass basket, (vi) Plate basket, (vii) Premium magic corner (viii) Oil Pull out Tray ( Triple basket layer) , (ix) Dust bin, (x) Cleaning kit rack of size as per site requirement all spd and directed by Engr in charge .

S & F 50 mm dia Galvanised Iron steel tubing, medium grade as in spout in short length, complete all as specified.

S&F in Soft closing ball bearing telescopic channel of size 22 inch long fixed with screws in cupboards incl all fittings complete all as spd and directed by Engr in charge.Note : Runner/ Channel should be SS 304 grade and load capacity should not be less than 45 kgs

S&F Factory Made 18mm thick 100% Solid WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) Laminated Board of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 57-60 ( Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and natural fibers ( Wood Powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk ) and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded ( Inner ) with having minimum density not less than 650 kg/cbm having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of 2000 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ), Minimum Compissive of 50 N/mm2 , Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and esistance of spread of flame of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free.Water/ Moisture Proof and Fire Retardant. WPC to be Laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter and fixinng stainless Steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws. All as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge, Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company : For WC/Bathroom/Toilet/Kitchen and Cabinets.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in bays & surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in sub base complete all as specified.

M&L for 22 to 25mm chequered ultra tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 and jointed and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles of flooring all as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel as in hand rail, balusters, noising to steps, post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, drilling, bolting or riveting etc, conforming to Fe-290 , Gde-E-165 including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 3.15 mm dia galvanised steel chain link fencing, 100X100 mm mesh, made up into mattrsses or cages, lapped, wired a all as specified (BOO will decide the actual wt).

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any to any type of standard, rail, straining bolts, etc. including provn of winding wire all as specified.

M&L mild steel round bars 10 mm dia conforming to FE-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) for use in chain link fencing as wind tie all as specified.

Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 30 cm and dia of neack exc 12 mm but not exc 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Straight or Circular raking cutting Fair cutting n exc 10 cm width or girth on exposed surfaces of brickwork such as in splays, chamfers, etc.including rubbed finish and good well surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks for hold fast, coping, benching etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles or throating including form work to concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed aggregates as in floor surface all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, all as specified.

M&L for joint less Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including provn of 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified .
